I don't believe you when you said that the A55 doesn't feel premium in terms of build quality. Most of the A55 videos that I see on YT, almost all of them say that the A55's build quality is so good you will mistake it for an S24. It has a metal frame and glass panels front to back, idk what kind of still not a premium feeling you get when you said that a metal frame glass panels still ain't feeling premium enough for you. When 95% of the flagship phones rn in 2024 literally has that same build design and materials.
Yeah, this comment also threw me. I think maybe he is used to lighter phones? The A55 is a little on the chunky side, and if anything rock solid all aluminum and glass. We have it here in Seoul as the Quantum 5, which is an SK Telecom exclusive. That excites me because when they make it carrier-exclusive there are always several leftover phones being dumped new on open box discount (they must sell them as open, so they just cut the box and leave them in the paper untouched). I will likely get this phone at $250 brand new within 6 months.
I'm have the a34 ive been wanting the a55 for a few monyhs now but belive it or noy i still cant seem to get one just yet a34 still very good jusy boy so bright buy i have 256 gig on board and 256 gig memory card i love Samsung for the extra storage options apple cant touch that!
A55 new user , other RUclips channels said 13h battery last of heavy use , which is not the case with mine and few other comments on reddit. 8h and some minutes of heavy use , how long your last?
Gets pretty loud???? I don't think so, I've recently bought the a55 and, although it's a good phone, it most definitely dose not get loud. Even after adjusting the volume beyond the default max.
I love my A53 but just don't try to game heavy on it, great workhorse phone but performance isn't so great, hope they'll continue to increase the performance to the point it won't be sluggish performing daily tasks
@@aidanshabuya9225 yea it was a good phone, absolutely no lags after almost 4 Years of usage, honestly think it would've gone that way for another year or two, it's one of the reasons why I chose samsung again because of how lag free the a51 was
@thestrongest3050 definitely, I had a xiami and that was horrendous after 6months even tho it came out 2 years ago but my a51 even tho its vibrator motor is broken ill use it still tbh I'm more than happy with it and I'm going to upgrade to an a35 or a55 most likely
Why would you make a phone as big as this and then leave more bezels on it, Samsung? I prefer the Google style, make it smaller like the 8a and then leave some bezels. In all cases, no users want big bezels.
Get the A35 instead. Way more comfortable in the hand, with the plastic edges. The metal edges on the A55, is very sharp, and unfinished, making it uncomfortable even holding it against the ear, during calls.

naaah man ive held the A55 in my hands many times and it is comfortable, maybe the one you held wasnt made perfectly
