- This is a typical weekday afternoon for me and little Spencer :) Despite doing a large grocery shop on the weekend, there always seems to be bits and pieces to pick up from either Coles or Woolworths on any given day of the week :)

I think one of the most important things about pregnancy and breastfeeding and baby care is to have faith in yourself 👍 I have learned so much from reading blogs and watching videos and listening to the experts (doctors and midwives), but at the end of the day the 'correct' way to do things for you and your baby is simply going to be whatever works best for you and your baby 😀
I'm really excited for you because you've got exciting times ahead 🤩 If I could go through my pregnancy again, I would take more videos of Spencer moving inside my belly. It is fascinating to see the rolls and kicks happening right before your eyes, and even more fascinating to feel it happening on the inside!!
