Are Op Shops on the Gold Coast Any Good? I did some Thrifting on my Holiday to find out!

There's never anything worthwhile at Salvos or Vinnies, but next time you come to the Gold Coast try Carrara Markets early on a Sunday morning, and some of the church run shops.

Unfotunately Gold Coast and Brisbane Op Shops are overpriced. That is why it can sometimes be a struggle up here to good quality stock at decent prices. That Vinnies especially has bumped prices up stupidly recently.

Theres a salvos on the corner of my street in Melbourne and they have made it look all fancy schmancy looking in the store window. Prices are not for the reseller in there. 15 bucks for all plush including unbranded plush and VHS common ones all 5 bucks. Its a joke really. The same shit sits on the shelves for ages and ages. Kinda sucks though because this salvos is so close to me.
