@@rishabsalian4338 I have the Tflight X hotas works directly plug and play. I know of others who use the 16000 and it works. You may need to change some keybindings but it should work. Some people also use add ons to help with deadzones as well. The 16000 is a much better HOTAS than the Tflight X if I had it to do over I'd get that one. I have the rudder pedals from the 16000 and they work great

Even without cheats, ships are way too sturdy. Shields nearly instantly recharge when you divert power to them, too, _and_ you can just fly over to the V-Wing to instantly get repaired and have all your warheads replenished. It's just stupid tbh.
Now imagine if they added mods and a mission editor. You'd have a game that would be purchased and played by all star wars fans for a decade. Games studios just haven't got a clue.
The graphics are beautiful, but the gameplay feels more like The Last Jedi than Return of the Jedi. And was this set on Easy difficulty? That Y-wing was taking more hits than an AT-AT.
I really wish they’d release this on PSVR2. Loved it on my PSVR OG! I bought a HOTAS just for it. I know it’s highly unlikely but I still wish they’d do it.

These really dense asteroid fields aren't actual astronomy/cosmology friendly, but I like them. Takes me back the live servers for Star Wars Galaxies. Dog-fighting in an asteroid field could be fun and challenging, but I would take non-combatant ships like a SoroSuub yacht, and go to the observation or main deck, to watch the view.

Nothing better running around with a giant gun and having some shrew come over coms to remind you she's there. I play games to get away from a shrill voice in my ear. My wife is here for that.
It never seizes to amaze me how thin the windshields are in SW universe fighters. For example space shuttles have 6" thick fused silica glass windshields. But the windshields in rebel figfhter canopies never seem to be even one inch thick.

Those canopies don't make any sense, they even shatter like regular glass. IMO even the hyperdrive in SW makes more sense, because the ships use lightspeed - not some warp. There are plenty of elements in the franchise, which do make sense, why souldn't the canopies. The fighter pilots would get grilled by the radiation in the space. As an actual real life trivia, one of the most common illnesses of fighter and airline pilots are various type of cancers, they have twice as high risk to get skin cancer, as in melanoma, than the general population. It has been extensively studied. The issue has been considered by adding a thin sheet of actual gold in fighter jet canopies to reflect the sunlight away from the pilots, giving the canopies that certain kind of yellow golden tint. In SW the canopies are clear. Another thing in actual fighter jet canopies is that they are often composed together from two canopie glasses to offer better protection from impacts like bird strikes in sonic speeds. In SW we see the canopies literaly shattering like thin window glasses even from the smallest of impacts.

Having played it in VR I can honestly say I don’t think it’s worth playing unless you have a VR headset. With the headset and a good pair of headphones it is REALLY immersive. I understand that not everyone can play it that way though… I don’t get any motion sickness AT ALL But I’ve known people who get really sick playing VR even with all the anti motion sickness settings maxed out 😕
I'd love that. For all this game's faults, it was at least really immersive, and the graphics were _amazing_ . Still holding out hope for another X-Wing game, even if some indie studio or whatever has to be the ones to make it.
Why is the writing in this campaign so nonsensical? Why do you have time (let alone an eternity) to take out comm dishes before a distress call is sent, as if sending an SOS doesn't take a few seconds? How would they use parabolic dishes to _send_ a signal? The storyline, missions, and dialogue aren't just rushed, they're downright nonsensical.
Fun game, except I could never master the Xbox controller - trying to aim shots was frustrating. Though I see some people play Xbox Squadrons with a keyboard & mouse? Also too much gas & dust floating around in space. What happened to simple black starscapes?

It's pretty alright, but the gameplay is weak. The old X-Wing series did all this better. The Y-Wings don't have to fly over a target to "drop" bombs. They can just launch unguided explosive projectiles at a safe range. Which would work well here because this station doesn't seem capable of moving. Plus, I object to the Disney Star Wars Rogue Squadron ship being inserted into the game. It sucks.
In this game is one serious mistake for me. When I am watching fighter battle in Star Wars movies I feel very high speed especially when fighters fly past the huge starships but here in game all is very very slowly. We do not feel speed. The details of the hulling of large ships do not create the impression of speed. There's no such thing as the characteristic fast dynamics of flight and combat that I loved so much in the films of the old saga.

I played the game on XBox, when wanted to replay the campgain on PC it was a pain in the ass, we have to listen to their stupid dialogues if we want to be allowed to PLAY

This games makes *World of Warplanes* feel way better, now compare it to War thunder wich arcade mode feels like a simulator compared to Warplanes. Now compare it to DCS or IL-2 and this game feels like a roblox basic game

This spaceship is indestructible!!!!! They hit the player for almost 20 minutes and the aircraft didn' t have a single scratch!!!

Ive played the campaign, this is just one mission, the other ones are much more fast paced.
dude has his power all routed to shields in a Y-Wing, probably on story difficulty. It gets a LOT faster when you fly harder.

If you get a trench run, target, go half speed and do when you see arrows and continue. That's one of the fastest ways to do it.

I was playing it in vr on sony playstation vr 1 already. Remarkable experience. Omly glaw is huge pixels and narrow angle of view

Looking very solid. I wish we would have a similar fidelity as Digitial Combat Simulator (DCS), in a star wars format.
When I was a kid I used to play X-Wing series and they were much more a "simulator" than this.

I played the game on XBox, when wanted to replay the campgain on PC it was a pain in the ass, we have to listen to their stupid dialogues if we want to be allowed to PLAY

This games makes *World of Warplanes* feel way better, now compare it to War thunder wich arcade mode feels like a simulator compared to Warplanes. Now compare it to DCS or IL-2 and this game feels like a roblox basic game

Bit boring when you see how much damage and hits the ship takes, no skill involved just absorb all the damage! Ignoring what should be deadly fire.
doesnt look that much fun to me. looks a bit pedestrian / slow. hardly the type of excitement youd expect from a space battle. i think theyve fucked this up.
