- Ham ne yeh to bata diya ki dog sterilization ham kyun karte hain, dogs pakadte kaise hain, kin baato ko dhyaan mein rakhna hota hai...par ek sawal logon ka aur bhi hota hai.
"Kya kutton ki nasl khatam nahi ho jaayegi". Chota jawab to hai, "Nahi". Vistar se bataun to, jansankhya ko sirf badne se rokne ke liye ek ilaake ke 70% dogs ko har mating season se pehle sterlize karna hoga.
Itni catching aur surgery ki facility to mahanagaro mein bhi nahi, baaki ke desh ko to chor hi do.
To theoritical khatre ke chakkar mein na pad ke, agar aap #doglover hain, to dog sterlization ko support kariye, aur practical suffering ko kam kariye.

Ranchi me per day aprox 10 dogs sterilize kiye jate hain.rescuer nd feeder ki info nd help se with the help of net .kabhi kabhi to humlog hi dog ko sterilization vehicle tak le aate hain.

meri family bhi ek dog ko khana dalte hain..... chouthi bar bacche diya is dog ne.... ab tak ek bhi baccha survive nhi kar paya even after lots of effort....so we decided to sterilize the dog....but we don't have the facilities that u guys are providing.....so thanks a lotttt for all your love and care to the animals❤❤

Just like basic needs is human rights (food, shelter, clothing and medical) - it’s true for animals too specifically pet animals that share proximity with humans like cats, dogs, cows.
Sterilization is necessary to control population density and to help make sure no stray animals are on streets.
India with dangerously high human population density should also consider immediate 1-child policy for all without segregation of any sort - religion, financial status. Having homeless people including children is inhumane. Somewhere we the public is also responsible to just stand by and watch.
You all are doing amazing work 🙏 Gratitude for making this world a better place for humans and animals 🙏

For those considering a vegan lifestyle cuz you're a compassionate being but not really knowing where to start.. I've got you covered..
You don't really know what you can eat now that you've ditched meat and dairy..
It can be quite confusing and intimidating even for those who didn't really care about what they were putting into their bodies prior to going vegan..
If you're indian..you already eat a plant centered diet..so it's dairy for us..
So if you , you the Indian , don't wanna support the cruel dairy industry..but still wanna avoid burning a hole in your pocket.. you can start with a simple meal plan.. a low budget but highly nutritious meal plan... Gather every dish you consider healthy..and then ..well... we'll get to that in a while..
But first let's talk about two essential nutrients.. vit b12 and d3 ...
If you don't get out in the sun for atleast 25-30 mins 3-4 times a week.. you're doomed to suffer from d3 deficiency...even CARNIVORES (humans ofc) struggle to meet their vit d requirements from food alone.. they can hardly hit 15 percent.. so.. you should either supplement every once a week or step out in the sun a bit more often..
Now comes b12 ... You can either take shots (that's what I do..like every alternate month) or take pills every once a week .. and this is natural and safe..but be careful with fat soluble vitamins like vit D ...so it would be better if you talked to your doc before taking vit d (as they'll give you adequate dosage..) ... B12 is totally safe tho..
Or you can take axbex or zincovit (multivitamin..) .. pop in a multi and you're set for the day.. this is especially important for pre-meds (or students) like me ...busy people ...
Here goes the food.. this is what works for our household ..cuz these are our staples..
Protein sources-
Chickpeas
Soy chunks (this is cheap and healthy..and has anti cancer properties..well anything soy has anti cancer properties except for soy bean oil)
Soy bean/tofu.
Beans like kidney beans or mung bean
Lentils (a mix of lentils)
Quinoa (quinoa is cheap.. and very healthy..)
Amaranth (i buy muesli from peepal farm)
Millets (Indians love millet..these are not particularly high in protein but they're amazing)
Chia seeds (not just protein but amazing fats as well...but be sure to soak em)
Flax seeds (these are literally superfoods..)
Green peas
Hemp seeds (we don't use it but they're really good)
Tempeh (i don't have access to these but again ... they're so good)
Legumes or Pulses in general are so good for you..
Nuts and seeds (amazing protein and fats .)
Greens -
Cabbage/cauliflower/brocoli/Brussel sprouts (if available)
Leafy greens like spinach or kale
Beet root
Carrots
Cucumber
Amla (it's a fruit but they're the best. Period)
Bell pepper 🫑
Bitter gourd
And the list goes on and on..
Be sure to eat regional vegetabls cuz India is pretty diverse ...so eat your greens..and go local ...
Peanut butter (peepal farm)
Try to incorporate more colour into your food ....or maybe give permaculture ... Or give permaculture a shot if you have the time..and space..
Dishes i eat..
Dosa (this is my fave )
Lentil curry with rice
Rajma chawal
Idli sambhar
Indian version of chilli (that has chickpeas , rajma , ground soy chunks , carrots , bell pepper, 🍅 tomatoes, etc)
Yellow pea chat
Litti chokha
Soy bean biryani
Soy bean ki sabzi (i eat lil to no oil)
Chana masala (chickpea curry)
Oat porridge with apples and bananas and chia seed on top
Indian version of chilli (that has soy chunks , Pinto beans or white rajma , chickpeas , bell pepper 🫑, carrots , onion and garlic 🧄, indian spices, some soy sauce, tomato puree..and a bunch of other healthy ingredient..this can double as bhaji for pav bhaji)
Quinoa oat cinnamon banana porridge without any milk.. you could add some chia or nuts of your choice..
Black mung daal seasoned with salt
South Indian style besan tofu sauted in curry leaves and mustard seeds with sauce..
Chola chana chaat with aloo ki tikki .. (we make it bland cuz we like it bland..)
Flax seed and jaggery dumplings
Red lentil uttapam
Yellow pea chat
(Quinoa+daliya+millet+rice) mung bean khichdi with added veggies
Daal
Dhokla
Pakal tofu paneer
Mushroom biryani
Oat dense chocolate fudge cake (dessert 😁)
Mix veg soy bean sabzi (quite runny....pretty similar to a soup.. but very tasty.. i like bland stuff )
High protein muesli ...
Tofu scramble (we eat homemade tofu.. )
Quinoa raita with (peanuts+cabbage+carrot+apples) and other temperings .. we use soy yogurt the one prepared at home...from scratch..cuz i don't use store bought food items / convenient foods into my body..unless I'm starving
These were the dishes i grew up eating.. so it can be different for you.. so prepare a chart of essentials..
I make sure that i eat atleast two servings of protein rich dish (any two.. like it can be chana masala in the morning and khichdi for lunch or dinner)
Just like human population should not grow uncontrollably, neither should that of animals. In an ideal world, ecosystem takes care of it but since we humans have disturbed that balance, intervention is necessary. Thanks to Peepal Farms team for working towards creating space safe for both animals and people.
Hopefully we humans will realize our share of responsibility and advocate 1-child policy for all to achieve ideal population density.

Hamare colony main street dog hai
First one "Dheri" ham use pyar se kahete hai ( 9 month old around )
Second one "Tillu"( 4 month approx)
Dono din main (only day time)hamare ghar rahete hai
They play nicely, stay together, both are female dog
But from last 5-6 days "dheri" direct attack karati hai "tillu" pe. Tillu ko ghar ke andar aane hi nahi deti. And hamne tillu ko le liya (because she attack on tillu ) ham tillu ko ek room main rakhate hai and dheri ko dusari taraf...... Fir bhi dheri smell leti hai pure ghar main tillu ki.... Taki uspe attack kar sake....... We don't understand what heppend to dheri...... Ham tillu ko dheri ke samne ane nahi dete because tillu ek dam se dar jata hai
Hame lagta hai ki dheri.... Tillu se jealous hai..... Kyu ki tillu ko jyada pyar karte hai..... Kyu ki tillu chota hai
Par khana, sona dono ko barabar hi milta hai..... We don't understand ham kya kare

Jese aap bolte hai ke vegan hua jaaye, and cow milk wagera ka sevan ni hona chahiye, so that cow and animals ko exploit na kiya ja sake.
Mera sawal aapse ye hai ke, apne culture main bhagwan ko offerings main milk, ghee, wagera wagera chadhaya jata hai since centuries. Obviously, us cheez ko band karwane ki baat aayegi to infact I won't support, but aapka jo objective hai. Vo jab badhega, to kese aap usko tackle karenge ? Kuki mujhe aapke video dekhke bohot takleef hoti hai ke gaye log bahar chodh dete hai jab gaye ka kaam khatam ho jata hai, and bahar rehne ke wajay se, accident aur bemaariyo se vo kitna struggle karte hai.

Mere Ghar k pas 3 puppies aur unki ma rehti hai...I give them dog food everyday...but aj maine dekha ki thand me vo puppy shiver kar rha tha...I can buy sweater for them but problem ye hai vo abhi bacche hai aur agr sweater pehna dia aur vo yaha se kahi chale Gaye to vo unke bht tight ho jayega when they grow up and they obviously won't be able to take it off by themselves ...so how can I make them feel warm???
Agar unke sone waali jagah par bhi kuch warm rakh dein, jaise ki blanket, toh bhi kaam kar jaayega.
