we have same card and my refine higher. but im str using heavy. but my dps is lower. i have 2300 str now. only 150m per minute with yoyo. 140 percent fire. so agi has higher dps?

Neutral is good, but also need more pdmg bonus in headgear bruh, cos accesoris have no bluecard element enchanment for neutral.
