Even though she doesn't know the Sharkslayer was a fraud, Lola doesn't truly love Oscar and was only interested in his money and fame, and her apology to him is so insincere and she absolutely has no remorse for what she did, even when she tried to get revenge on him for ending their relationship which was the right thing to do. She is only apologizing to him so she could seduce him again and hopefully become rich and famous alongside him by using him again while she doesn't know he is no longer rich and famous.
Oh, and by the way, I guess ending up with a "nobody" as she would call Crazy Joe is the best karma she could've gotten and there is no way Lola would want to start a relationship with Crazy Joe because she would be greatly disgusted by him due to his repulsive appearance and would reject him since she is shallow as a puddle and is only interested in handsome fish who are rich and famous. Well, we as the audience can hear the music, because it’s the intro to what her character is. But it’s highly unlikely that the music actually plays when Lola appears, I mean that’d be pretty ridiculous, it certainly wouldn’t happen in real life. It’s likely something that’s just put in for the audience, both as an intro to her character, and as an iconic intro. I do understand what you mean though, after all Lola only approached him after he made the bet, which already shows her true intentions, but she even warned him that she was superficial, so at that point Oscar should’ve realized Lola’s intentions with dating him. But there’s some things that you only learn through experience, and unfortunately Oscar had to learn this lesson the hard way.
