does the adventure combo have the thing that sticks to your helmet?
Hey Maverick! No, I was surprised by this, there’s only a flat mount but no curved mount, I’d recommend the one from GoPro (mine hasn’t come off in 10 years)
@@PhilippKlein oh the go pro one fits action 3? I never had an action camera before so not sure if things are universal.
@@thewindrises It’s a little difficult to explain: the mounting interface is compatible, meaning the part where a screw goes through… it is a universal action camera mount :)

@@PhilippKlein thanks! I particularly can't wait to see how well it does in the cold. Here in the Northeast US/Southeast canada, I mostly ski in -40 to -10C so the cold weather battery will make a huge difference! My old gopro would last 30 seconds on the coldest days.
@@0xCUBE I think these batteries last quite well in the cold, although it’s always difficult to say. The new Enduro Batteries from GoPro also work better, battery tech is evolving finally
Great video. Just what I was looking for. I'm going to ski first time on Feb 2nd (I'll be renting the equipment). I'm buying DJI osmo action 3. Do I need any special mount or accessories to attach it to the helmet?
I think you need sticking mount that you can use for helmet also. It is something similar like Gopro has.
Hi! Sebastjan is right, there is no curved sticky mount for the helmet included. I’d recommend you get that and a ski pole mount for selfie recording 😊

What camera for skiing would be the best ? Gopro 10, Dji Osmo Action 3 or Insta360 One RS twin ? (With 360 lens)
@@sebastjan15 to be honest, I think you can do great things with each of them. I’ve tried all three and seen that each has advantages and disadvantages that could work anyway… get the one you can get for the best price considering accessories etc. my first bet would be a 360 as POV is so important if you don’t have a friend to film you…
Excelente vídeo unfortunately I had to return my osmo action 3 combo duo to focusing issous... I have to decide wether I should get another action 3 ou Gopro 10 prise here in Portugal his about the same because gopro are always making discounts... Saying that have they fixed the focus problems what built do you have.. Wish you well

Hi! The helmet mount is a simple curved sticker, I’d recommend the ones from GoPro, never had an issue
