Bro I honestly held my hopes a little to high and was praying it was like bo2 where people squeezed 7 years of life out of the game, but 4 was good enough considering the bugs where console players couldn't play online and niche stuff like map voting for some reason not being in the game.

Id say out of the most recent cods MW2019 and Cold War were the best. Multiplayer wise. Warzone wise MW had the best warzone and cold war was the annoying warzone.
I would pay a stupid amount of money for new maps and support for this game

To this day I feel like if they put effort in improving this game, add new guns new maps, fix sbmm, fix bugs and destroy cheating this would be the best cod.

I play this everyday. Just can't get enough of it, even though I have all the recent CODs, this is special.
I remember in handler's last mw19 video before mw2 dropped, he said something like "cant wait to be done with this game and move on." Made me a little sad at the time because I loved MW19 and Handler's content for the game. Glad to see he's got nostalgia for it now
I made a comment on either his, Jolt or eefans goodbye mw19 vids saying they would be back again like they did with the other cods coz mw2 would be worse than CW and VG, guess I was right 😂
@f0rgotten MW2 is nowhere near as good as MW19, but it's far better than Vanguard. I just wish Activision had the brains to know when they have a good thing and not fuck it up instead of slavishly serving their annual release model. MW19 could have been one of the greatest FPS games of all time if they had continued support for another 2-3 years.
@@cipherpac release day sales and micro transactions is all they care about. Tbf now that everyone is on MW2, VG ain't too bad, went and played it a month or 2 ago and I enjoyed it, probably due to all the sweats moving on. I always find the cod games become a more enjoyable after most of the community has moved on. But yea Activision need to listen to the community, I had hope when Microsoft tried to acquire Activision due to Microsoft doing good for past like 5+ years but every company cock blocking them. I'd say Activision have one more COD to try and make things right but we know these dumbass kids will keep buying

tried playing this the other night and literally every game had 3 or 4 cheaters. idk if im perma shadow banned or what’s going on but mw19 always will have a special place in my heart because of controller handler 🎮

The SMGs were fantastic in this game, for sure. I think the Uzi mightve been a bit too good after it got the .41 AE rounds, but all of the SMGs felt good to use.
Really the Uzi? Pretty sure the MP5 was definitely more OP that thing got nerfed 4 times and was still probably THE best SMG in the game but yeah UZI with the .41AE was probably a close second lol nothing beat the MP5 though even stats wise 3 shot to the chest with a 938rpm fire rate
@@tankiller9638 I haven't touched MW2019 since I got the RAAL Damascus nearly a year ago, and I remember Handler making an SnD video where he wishes the Uzi to be less good, so that's all I really remember lol

@@tankiller9638 Imo the MP5 was the best SMG for quite a while, but after the Uzi got its new barrel and 41. AE rounds, that thing became an absolute monster. Absolute powerhouse of an SMG and can 3 shot kill at AR ranges. The CX-9 is also a great contender against the MP5, and can beat the MP5 in some cases for sure
@@tankiller9638 Uzi with .41 rounds was better than the MP5, EASILY. MP5 always had better handling/control in an optimal build, but the Uzi was stronger since it could contend much better at range with ARs in terms of TTK and BTK.
This game will forever hold a dead place in my heart. I remember during Covid lockdown we matched with y’all and jolt in picadilly. We lost 5 to 6. Miss this shit. Mw2 couldn’t never

I tried it. Played like 8 games. 6 of those games had hackers. You must of got lucky and ran into no cheaters or you're just that good.

I just started playing this game again after 3 years and there's so many maps!
Man, I miss this being THE COD game during COVID. The movement is just perfect and the gunplay is great. Warzone before it integrated with the two later games was fun too. I played this every nearly single day during the pandemic and never got tired of it. Would do anything to have had this game get another year of updates instead of what happened to it. Now it really only works on PC since on consoles, it’s just broken. Hopefully with the next IW game, they go back to this engine instead of MW2 2022’s engine.

I bet that if they didn't release vanguard and went back to mw2019, supporting it with balance changes, new maps, and guns, it would still be alive to this day. There is just something about it- it was an experiment, and like it or not it was amazing.

Can anyone honestly tell me one thing 2022 did better than 2019 (other than adding the gun range).
Weapon tuning and weapon platforms are cool additions, even though they've basically ignored the platform thing with all the DLC weapons.
@@cipherpac Weapon platforms is worse. Its just an alternative unlock system. A system that forces people to change there playstyle and use different weapon categories that they don't like. Just to unlock the ones they do like.
And you're already weapon tuning by mixing and matching attachments. Weapon tuning is no different than just adding another set of attachments with slightly different stats (as if there isnt already enough of those). At best, I wouldn't say it better, only different. At worse, I'd say it just adding another unneeded step to the weaponsmith.
And honestly, does anyone that uses it, just go in and bum the slider a quarter or half of the way?
@TheGhostAvatar Subjective I guess. I like using a lot of different weapons so I thought the weapon platform idea was pretty cool. It was definitely more interesting to unlock and level up all the weapons than it was in MW19, although it was certainly a lot more complicated. I also use tuning on all my builds and now that they've patched and buffed it a couple of times, it does make a pretty noticeable difference.

@@TheGhostAvatar actually, yes. There are 'sweet spots' on the sliders that are different for just about every attachment on every weapon. So if I'm min-maxing, I am tuning to that sweet spot where benefits are at their highest and penalties are lowest. But for certain applications, you may want to tune it all the way toward one stat. For example, when I was doing longshots with the SMGs for platinum camos, I maxed everything toward damage range and recoil control because I didn't care as much about the ADS and other handling penalties since I knew I wouldn't be using the weapon up close like an SMG.

i used to run a no stock, smallest barrel, 5mw laser, ads grip and 60 rnd mag on this bad boy and even with that it still managed to bean people across the map, same with all other guns in this game.
mid way through cw lifecycle in season 4 reloaded, my account glitched with a stupid heli camo and now i cant even matchmake in this game
only cod where all the bugs and glitches didnt make me want to uninstall, should i say now its nostalgic for me

I know people are preaching this in the comments but if they polished this engine with new guns, new maps, same attachment scheme, and fov slider for consoles it could be the best cod ever.
