Start walking in your neighbor's yards and taking your dog for a walk through there and let him crap on their lawn. Then they see how They like it when people use their property like it's a neighborhood park.
Pond Story: OP should have had the Police visit the Elderly Entitled Neighbours to issue them a Trespass Notice...which is a formal Notice to stay Off the Property or be Arrested for Trespassing...
If I was OP, when the BBQ Party happened, I'd have very bluntly told the Entitled Neighbours to stay Off my property or I WILL Press Trespassing Charges AND Sue them in Court, then put in Security Cameras watching the Property Lines and Pond...then I'd have a fence put in one inch inside the Property Line (so the Neighbours have absolutely no say in it's installation, it's size, style or colour)...
If/when my cameras catch the Neighbour (and/or their Friends/Family) step foot inside the fence, I'd call the Police and Press Trespassing Charges and then call a Lawyer to Sue the Unholy Howling HELL out of the Neighbours for Trespassing and Harassment...
The second story, whenever you find people trespassing om your property. *NEVER* confront them, *CALL* the police *IMMEDIATELY* und let them deal with the trespassers.
Also, sadly these days fences as tall as legally allowed und security cameras are a must.
That one property sounds like a little slice of paradise -until the neighbors were added to the mix.
This is why they need to have body cams on delivery people for this kind of psycho people out there.
This is why any job that has regular contact with people/customers needs body cams.
I work night security for an armed security company. And while it's pretty good, they do not provide us with cams. I bought my own, and keep video records dating back 3 years on an external HD. Then I transfer it out for a new external and put the other one away in case I need to call up those records.
It's saved me about 6 or 7 times now from false accusations. In addition to proving the guilt of other parties more times than I can count.
I never understand how people don't get ownership means right of control on the property. I got an electric car and had a charging station. I let friends charge off it because it's cheap, and I usually drive to lunch, but I've had a few randos screech at me for not letting them do it if they see it. I don't know you, I am not letting you into my garage and home.
One lady started raging so I started recording. She ends it with "If you don't let me use it I'm going to break in and do it anyways." I point to the camera and say "Did you just threaten to break into my home while you knew you were being recorded?"
She went white and start stammering how it was a joke, she didn't mean it, and took off before I could respond.
Good afternoon, everyone! Hope you all are not too hot; we are supposed to get to 108 degrees today! RW, I hope your cool and safe. Thank you for the great stories today, and I'll see you tomorrow!
👋Hello Loretta! Wow, that's hot hot hot! We are only getting to 101° today. I hope you are able to stay inside with air conditioning ✨️. I am planning on it. I hope you had a good weekend, my friend. 🧡 ✌️
Yes, stay cool. And don’t forget the fur babies.❤
@@crimsonfirelily I don't think we got to 108 but close. Went out to the garden first thing this morning, just checking it! Took garbage to end of the driveway, haven't even brought the can back in yet, will wait till dark. Stayed in all day and enjoyed my air conditioning!
@@LillikoiSeed I only have 3 cats, they are outdoor animals, won't come in. I've tried, so I make sure they have plenty of food and water, and they have a big barn for shade and several trees
@@lorettaross2007 you’re a good pet parent
Pond? liability if kid drowns.
I used to work as a Papa John's driver here in St Louis. I delivered a pizza to a apartment in the hood. This 5 year old kid was playing Grand theft Auto V . Who lets their kid play Grand theft Auto V
Kid is getting a head start on a life of crime.
Oh my god! Being a Karen does not make one great.
My karma ran over my dogma.
«Our first story it’s about crazy karen… » Well RedWheel, aren’t they all?!?!
Pizza delivery story: Given this false report to the police, it's a good thing Adam didn't let himself be dragged into that apartment. Who knows what her story would have been if that happened.
"Neighborhood pond" story: IF the neighbors are to be believed the previous owners allowed the neighborhood to come and go at will. I kind of doubt it as the previous owners stopped taking care of the lot to discourage trespassers. Now that you've cleaned it up, the neighbors want back in. Fencing and cameras are a good start. Post plenty of "NO TRESPASSING" signs and you simply are going to have to start calling the police and be "that" neighbor if you want your privacy and not be held liable if someone is injured on your property.
Good afternoon everyone and RedWheel 😊
Hope everyone had a great Monday 😊
I have one customer try to give me a fake $20 bill.
4:21 we really need to put an end to this type of crap by just making a law that says anytime someone intentionally maliciously falsely accuses another person of a crime, they get the maximum sentence for whatever crime they intentionally falsely accused the other person of. If they were willing and trying to ruin someone's life by sending them to jail for something they know for a fact they did not do, why shouldn't that person go to jail for that long?
For your pond, buy some geese, they'll keep everybody away, set up a coop for them so they know this is their land. We had geese at our home, if a stranger stepped into our yard, you could hear them squawking, and sometimes they would chase folks away, their vicious birds. Just be sure to feed them, and they will acknowledge you as family
Last story, the father has no cajonies. I wouldn't have given her schitt. She could still stay in the house but that's it. If I were his daughter, I would tell him that I lost all respect for him.

The last story is heartbreaking on so many levels.

In some states, every pond and trickle of a stream is public, no matter if surrounded by private property. The person with the pond should look up the local state laws on that. I don't agree with those laws, but they are there.
When you have the option, always go for a REAL fence. Preferably a privacy fence, instead of a hedge. Make sure it wraps the property, and has gates that lock on any access point such as sidewalk or drive way. And put up "No Tresspassing" signs. This gives you MAXIMUM legal protection against tresspassers and unlawful access by law enforcement. It also gives you maximum legal protection in case a neighbors little shit off spring tresspasses and gets hurt and/or drowned in the pool/pond.
As to the first story that lying scamming lunatic should be charged with filing multiple false reports. As to the second story op is right to want privacy and use the property the way op wants to. As to the last story ops father was a lot nicer then he should have been to eg.
Good fences make good neighbors.

i love your storytelling skills, the way you also make a karen sound like true karen lol, keep up the good work
Hi again 👋👋

Walking on somebody's property is SO dumb in the states. How armed was the country again? How many states have basically "Castle Law"? Not that I agree, but it is reality. You say "don't talk to strangers," because you never know. But never think of this when it is far higher of a chance.
Why wasn't the title story told?
