Good day sir. Please I have three questions: (1) Do i have to be connected to the internet to use the Scan/Fax button? (2) Can biz hub C554 do a wireless connection to a router? If yes, how can it be done? I have gone to network settings but can't find the wired and wireless options. Also I have gone to service mode can't find the network settings rather i see internet ISW which only shows information for TCP/IP that I believe is for wired network only with the use of LAN cable. But i want to achieve to wireless settings. (3) I can't use my external flash drive on biz hub C554 because i don't have the External device settings. How can i have the settings so that i can be able to plug in a flash drive and use it?
1. Yes, you need to be connected to the internet. 2. I'm not sure it can do wireless. If it can you would need to buy an additional piece of hardware. 3. Yes, you can use an external flash drive. Go to Admin mode, settings, USB settings, external drive settings, and turn on. I believe I have a video on this as well.

Secondly, i can't find the USB option to activate external flash drive. Is there something I will need to do in service mode to make the USB option settings visible when operating through the control panel?
@@Supertechs3 please sir, (1) when i tap the user box button it only beeps and doesn't display anything. Is there something i need to do like activating anything to be able to start using the user box? (2) how do i know if my hard drive is installed on my machine? If it is installed, does it carry the black colour highlight button or the transparent highlight button?
@@amrit0 Not sure if that possible. You can print through your phone using Airprint if you have a iphone, or use google cloud print on an Android. Just make sure your connect to the same network as the copier.
hey I have use bizhub c300i, and have connected to a network other than gmail, however I only manage to connect the printer to the network, as i can access the internet on the printer , my problem is I could not established a direct connection from the computer through the network to the printer... What did I do wrong? or what did i missed? hear from you?
@@Supertechs3 Found the solution on the konika blog, the ports were different and you have to accept less secure connections on your gmail account too.

My scan to email was working fine until about 6 months ago and then it fails to send with "server connection error". Any suggestions? Thanks!
I have a similar issue, updated with a special firmware and it is working now.

Try and add the copier as a trusted device in google settings.

The input email needs to match the Gmail account. You can enter a dummy email only if there's no authentication.
