23rd birthday - mental health vlog

Filmed bits of my birthday a few days ago. It was a good one, lots of more wins as a result of pushing myself out of my comfort zone.
I wish I’d filmed more. I will get better at this vlog stuff. Really want to start going out in my car more to places where I can get better shots and film properly without running into somebody I know.

Thank you. Sometimes I walk through the cemetery to a nearby park. There’s not really much else good walking places unless I get in the car (which I plan on some time). I hesitate to film the park because there’s always people there aha.
