Remember the 4 months is just for the refusing of a congressional subpoena. Bannon has more serious charges and trials likely coming, such as for his role in planning Jan 6.

If there are crimes….they should be pursued in the courts, and a crime with evidence will likely get a conviction, no matter who is President.
If people are saying crime, crime, crime but somehow… no one is ever charged, that is because… you can lie outside courts, but not in them.
Inside courts….you need evidence, and as the Biden impeachment found, that is very hard to fake.
For example…why did Trump prosecute no one for the “massive election fraud?” There was huge public anger and millions spent on investigating… so why was no one charged?
The reason is not some bizarre conspiracy…but instead just that….there was no evidence any massive fraud happened, and it was just a bunch of Trump lies.

Well it took awhile because of their status but we will see some accountability.
