Cappa at 10? Lol

Don’t argue, guys. Ranking Wu’s members is like ranking your children.
#WuTangForever
Donald Trump 😂😂
Kopy that's a fact but Meth is the best
Yohan S.I Looks like someone missed the point
@@timebizzy no meth is still the best
pikachu meme will never die omg did you read the original comment
Gza - Best imagination and best logical thinker, largest vocabulary, has the most dense logical content with entertaining voice
Ghostface - most emotional in the group, best story teller innovative metaphors, Ear piercing flow, most successful member
Deck - Most skillful wu member, true verbal swordsman, 2nd best flow
Method Man - Best flow, best punchlines, 2nd best voice, most charisma, best hook writer
ODB - most unique, most gutter, drunk monk, his voice was an instrument, gave the group their edge
Raekwon - tricky slang wordplay. Have to learn to "enter his world" in order to understand him. By then you feel his lyrics in your bones.
Cappadonna - 2nd most gutter after Dirty. Great heavy voice, best shit talker in the group, gets badly off beat at times.
Master Killa - 2nd best verbal picture painter after ghost, the calmest flow, his rhyme style is weird as it sounds like he's not rhyming half the time. Best beat selector on his solo albums after 2000 imo.
Rza - Very scientific but blunt. Most likely to go over most people's heads. Sometimes sounds out of place on his own beats. Worst delivery (sounds like Elmir Fudd), but very imaginitive and intelligent.
UGod- half the time I dont know what he is saying. Sounds like less talented version of Streetlife. He's still good. Good voice and flow.
Can you rank Killah priest aswell? Despite not being a official member
You're not wrong but your summation of U-God was hilarious. "Sounds like a less talented version of Streetlife" had me rollin!
broo, ugod is not bad
I like Rza but youre right about him sounding of beat and elmir fudd had cracking up haha
@@connormcgregor2329Killah Priest is on a whole nother level. He's better than all of them
They all have incredible flows and wrote their own material. How many current artists can even say that. They all are legends
Ol Dirty
did not write
True it was more about his flow
I can, The one and only #Questman. Always have....Always will....but honor and respect, Salute to the WU Tang Clan!!!
CAPPADONNA IS NOT an original wu member. Putting Method Man at 8 is blasphemy.
Ren M capa was an origanal member...he wasn't on 36 because he got locked up...that's why you didn't hear from him till wu wear
Ren M Cap is wu was in the system at that time.
Yeah he wasn't original but RZA had publicly confirmed that he is an official member.
nah, not blasphemy, I wouldn't have put Masta Killa ahead of Meth, but whatever
yes he is an original member
4 years later and im still shook at how dirty you did Method Man...
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Method Man was the least underground. He was the mist famous outside of rap
@@stevenspenadel5358 yeah but I would still put his flow and lyrics up against almost any MC in general. He's only gotten better with age as well.
Ghostface without a doubt has the best run of solo albums in the history of hip hop!
That mans entire discography is gas🔥
Bullet proof wallets
Bullet proof wallets is great, the critics didnt like it but it was great! The lord superb features, the clan features! It's not supreme clientele but it's a really good album!
@Manchester Guy it wouldve been a certified classic if the tracks that were taken out and altered due to sample issues were left in. I cant stand the cheapie remix of Flowers. Tbe original RZA beat is 👌
@@scienz damn I happened to luv flowers
..... you have masta Killah over Method Man and ODB!?!?!?!?
RUclips..........Giving corny folks a voice.......one video at a time!
Y'all ever heard of opinions?
Masta Killa be talking some good shit tho 💯! I love Meth and ODB too but Masta Killa be having me thinking about life!
Only issue with ODB he didn’t write any of his rhymes. Rza and GZA wrote all of his lyrics.
You think Odb is nicer than masta killa???? Lmao.
GZA THE GENIUS GOAT
1. Ghostface Killah
2. Raekwon
3. GZA
4. Method Man
Hey there man! First of all thank you for posting this video, my favourite is GZA as well so we share that. I love the fact that you give your opinion and you do it your own way. However, I would also base the videos on solo projects, not all of them but rather the most acclaimed ones (I mean, I ADORE Liquid Swords for instance).
The Rebel INS is the best hands down but The Chef is my favorite I like saying they second name to let people know I'm a real fan
10. U-God - nothing appealing
9. Master Killa - trash flow
8. Rza - raps like a producer
7. ODB - hilarious and quirky
6. Capadonna - very technically sound, kind of boring
5. Ghostface - his bars are ridiculous sometimes and make NO SENSE. He's very hit or miss. Probably the best delivery in the group.
4. Method Man - all around great. His albums with red actually ish on his wu work
3. Raekwon - most well rounded emcee in the group. Actually surprised he didn't have a better solo career.
2. Genius - his solo album!!!
1. Inspectah Deck - best all around mc
You should've used the Triumph verse for Inspecta Deck
I think his flows on femme fatale are his best
He said he can't listen to an entire ODB project... he's ranking members and hasn't listened to all the debut solo albums. Culture vultures shit.
Started the list with Cap, but didn't have "Winter Warz" as a favorite verse. His opinion is invalid.
ODB 1ST ALBUM IS CLASSIC
@@MrJonathanhaze Exactly. He has no clue about that but thinks he's qualified to "rank" Wu members. FOH
@@therealidris yea he need hands and feet put on him for even speaking the name wu tang.....he not qualified
But he did say that he was only going to be considering their Wu tang albums, but not their solo stuff, though he may mention the, in passing
@@ImperialAssassi4U you can't "rank" Wu members without talking about solo albums. Thats the dumbest shit ever. Fake ass Wu "fans" making videos for clout. Culture vultures
"When I first started listening to Wu-Tang a few years ago". Explains a lot....
Youre probably 12
Like youre born knowing about Wu Tang
Damn I was listening out da womb
@@jshmoneymma4701 That's it? My father played Wu Tang Clan over his pelvis and he impregnated my mother
Face, Rae and then Meth in that order for top 3. He has the best solo albums, literally has like 2 top 25 rap albums of all time.
10. Capadonna
9: U god
8: Masta Killa
7: RZA (as a rappper)
6: Method Man
5: Raekwon
4: ODB
3: Ghostface Killah
2: Inspectah Deck
1: GZA
RUclips algoritms showed me this video so i can also rage about Meth at 8
Wu Tang is like a super team in hip hop. Each of these guys are an all star in their own way.
Ironically ODB has inspired more influential modern acts than GZA did. Low testosterone in admitting you can't listento a whole ODB project there.
It's the lyricism-personality spectrum, the same pointless argument you see between other artists
I tried making a list and changed my mind every 5 seconds. Impossible to rank these guys
MORE LIKE WHAT IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN IN THE WORLD ITS CRAZY
Came back to re watch the video. Damn I'm happy this guys production has increased since 🙏🏼
I respect the list but I think we can all agree Method man is at least top 3. It's not just coz of its distinctive style, he is one of the best rappers ever, even though his career hasnt been as legendary as it could have

10.ODB
9.Cappadonna
8.U-God
7.RZA
6.Masta Killa
5.Meth
4.Ghost
3.Inspectah
2.GZA
1.Raekwon
Wonder what Wu Tang would be like if Killah Priest took Masta Killah's place as the new member.
josh wring 4th chamber
Killah Priest would be the best lyricist if you hear his song he did with Canibus and K rino he even competes with them lyrically.
Wow...hypothetically I can’t imagine...Strong point...Killah Priest is a beast...Maybe UGod but not Mastakilla he brings that balance...Heavy Mental... Killah Priest is the truth...All of the Wu is Great!
I would have put Cap, meth and U-god higher but then again it's so hard to rank the clan because they are all crazy dope... Personally I love RZAs unorthodox off beat rapping and would put him in the top 3 with ghost and deck prob
Omg, this is hilarious. I feel like your trying to hard with this review, the research was over the top! Meth,Rea & Ghost in that order.
#10. Masta Killa #9. Cappadonna #8. RZA #7.ODB #6. U-God #5. Method Man #4. Ghostface Killah #3. GZA #2. Inspectah Deck #1. Raekwon the Chef.
The thing about the Wu is that, no matter what order you put em' in, you feel conflicted. It really is a collection of 10 supremely talented emcees. The thing that separates them is probably consistency more than actual ability. At any given song any one of them can drop the rawest verse you ever heard.
Meth at 8 made me disqualify this list
This video in itself is H E R E S Y of the highest order
For it it's
1. Gza
2. Ghost
3. Deck
4. Rae
5. Meth
6. Odb
7. Rza
8. The god
9. Killa
10. Cap
With that said, there is no such thing as the worst wu member. Each of them belong in the group as much as the other. I can never picture Wu without any of them.
This is why the Wu will FOREVER be the best rap group of all time. Wu Tang is forever 👐🏿
Somehow when I clicked on this, I knew he wouldn't just do the ranking without all the talking 🤦♀️
Soon as I saw Meth at 8 I discredited this list. Method man is either 2 or 3. The Ice Cream hook, The Cream hook, both iconic. Cash Rules Everything around me. Meth has some of the most iconic verses and hooks, Bring Tha Pain. Dude you buggin with this
YES! THANK YOU! 👍👍👍
Dont be fooled, all these rappers at their lowest can still burn and cremate most rappers today
For my taste of rap it’s Rae, Ghost, GZA and Meth. Those are the guys I listen to the most from the Wu.
People in the comments shouldn’t be getting mad for his opinion. Whether you like it or not, music is extremely subjective which means people will have different opinions and there is no right answer, just a more common answer

Method Man at number 8 is just ridiculous... Credibility shot! Top 3 is Ghost, Rea and Meth in whatever order...
Everybody should have UGod as number 10 Cappadonna's far from number
When wypipo comment on rap music. foh
Lol
"Cappadonna" *writes comment and clicks off video*
Deck is #1 to me...he usually had the dopest verse on every track and the best flow. Ghostface got better after 36 Chambers and GZA - Liquad Swords was the best solo.
IMO the best solo is Ghostface but Raekwon kills every verse he’s on
My fav wu tang pogects are liquid, only built for, supreme, Ironman, and Brooklyn zoo
Deck is my favorite one as well.
He brings death to a snake when you least expect. Ant a dam thing change boy protect your neck.
There is not a single errant statement in this comment.
You lost me with Cap at 10. But when you said Meth at 8! You need to be tested for meth.
♟🤣🤣🤣😆🤣🤣😆🤣😆🤣🤣😂
barrylanier Cap is ASS. His verse on triumph was straight trash.
barrylanier how would you rank them?
They ain’t been brought up with the Wu - the bars in our era was different to what we have now this a new dude not understanding the landscape of the time ffs meth at eight then odb at seven he ain’t got a clue about the time
Mr Magoo what u talking bout. Cap was ass. Every nigga on triumph delivered a fire verse except cap. Cap had the worst flow, the worst rhymes, his voice was mad annoying, and he was never even really an official member of the Wu. Also I grew up on 90’s hip hop cuz my pops was raised in the era. So I know my shit.
This list should have been entitled “My favorite” not “best to worst”.
Correct
It was his favorite from best to worst so both would be correct
I think It’s implied that he will share his personal opinion on a channel that is his own
No it shouldn’t. We don’t need people prefacing their opinions like that because they’re afraid to make statements. We know it’s his opinion just deal with it.
People don't always need to say "in my opinion" before giving their opinion
Not sure if I’d agree with Meth being 8th. I always thought he represented what the Wu stood for. Women and kids loved him, his husk is so unique. And his interviews are sick as you said. He made songs like da mystery of chessboxin and CREAM with his hooks. And I do agree that U-God is lower, I wouldn’t put him 9th. Idk tbh he’s just contrasts so much from everyone(not as much as ODB but then who is similar to him apart from Busta).
+Krishnan Sen fair enough, I can understand the points you made. I also forget to mention how good some of Meth's hooks are!
Krishnan Sen well said
I feel like ODB is just overlooked cause of his vivid style in the clan or whatever you wanna call it
And being the most prolific of the clan for output
Krishnan Sen I be Sam Sam I am and I don't eat green eggs and ham
When Liquid Swords came out I played it on repeat til the cassette broke.
I'm still bumping liquid swords at least once a day
Shadowboxin is my shit! Meth snaps
Best solo wu album!
@@downforanything1265 2nd best! I'd have to go with Raekwan the chef for ONLY BUILT 4 CUBAN LINX that album is literally flawless
@@nasirjones3589 So Is Liquid Swords, Ironman is dope too
You can't rank wu tang members, that's like ranking the ingridients in a recipe from worst to best, it all has to come together to create something even greater than it's already great parts, sure you can have a favourite wu tang member or say that rza is the heart of the clan but ranking them? That just aims to destroy the wu tang family concept!
Clearly you can he just did
Danny Jack
i agree, they are all strong elements, perbaps the combinations you can argue
This is probably the best way this could have been said. But I am happy he's talking about wu. That makes me happy
You can rank, but you have to be specific about what you're ranking. "Best" is too vague. Best at what? Rapping? In what way? Flow? Vocab? Cadence? Style? Influence?
What prick did they have rankin this!
Personally i love ODB, prob my favorite from wutang.
Yeah, always sticks out. One of the most unique rappers ever
Same
Always been my fav
Facts
Yes sir
Method man sounds out of place over RZA's gritty and dark production? that could not make any less sense
+Jarred Thorpe it's just how I feel about it
CDTVProductions your feelings are wrong lol. That’s crazy man! I’ve lived a few mins outside “Shaolin” my whole life and I always felt Methods voice and style and RZAs beats were the main components that made Wu Tang what they are and maybe even defined the feel of east coast northeast hip hop in the early 90’s. Method man sewing your asshole shut was actually the toll to cross the outer bridge into Staten from Jersey in 94-95 if I remember correctly. You had to drive fast as fuck too cuz he’d start feeding you and feeding you! So we decided to just stay in Jersey or Brooklyn and left Staten to the Wu and the Situation.
You've listened to the Tical album and still feel that way? That's when Meth was at his BEST.
+polarnj feeling wrong
It's an opinion
He makes alot of sense actually. If you listen to his other songs, be it his solo projects or wit Redman, he is more soulful. He does step it up to a gritty level when he with his clan, but his sound is more layered and that harsh flow is not the greatest layer in his arsenal.
Everyody should agree GZA is the most lyrical in the Wu
Mamadou Diagne meth
Mike Geniuz Lyrically?
Inspectah deck
GZA is one of the most lyrical rappers in general not just in Wu
@@masubg I don't know anyone better, to be honest

Method man at number 8... Get ready for the dislikes
MAC CHZ hopefully people can accept that I like him, just not as much as other members 😂
he has good personality and style.but skill wise, hes 'ok'
Yea Meth is 4 for me... Ghost, GZA then Rae with Meth next... At end of day its always been whoevers solo album just dropped is 1 haha there all so good theyll never be another WU its impossible to find even one new MC whos really skilled let alone 10 mcs who can rock the nic like they all could and if you check the members own history of the clan they let you know how much Cappa influenced there rhyming styles
True Indeed. But lets keep it 100 without Method Man and Old Dirty Bastard the Wu-tang ship may not have gotten off the Ground. I will agree that all 8 active members bring something unique to the table when it comes to style, flow, and personality.
@@aniqshardin Method better than Rae and Ghost tf U talking about!? Ghost and Meth tie at times but career wise Method been better the only 2 person that could beat Meth are Deck and GZA
ODB was always #1 for me.
As soon as I heard their first single “Protect Ya Neck”
u-god's verse on triumph is D U M M Y underrated
All great in own ways. U can't rank them when they all form like Voltron.

Is that not him?
My favorite is Ghostface, but GZA is really a goddamn genius, no doubt.
Search and Destroy yeah it was pretty difficult to choose between those two!
CDTVProductions It took me years to decide which one is my favorite Wu Tang member, very good list btw!
My sentiments exactly!!!
the genius 4 me
In my opinion, GZA and Ghostface are tied for the #1 spot. Inspectah Deck is a close 2nd
Top 3 Wu-Tang members for me.
1. GZA (Dense lyricism, beautiful poetry, very well thought-out verses)
2. Inspecta Deck (Beautiful writing, very clever and original metaphors, amazing rhymes)
3. Method Man (One of the smoothest rap flows, clever lyricism, interesting similies, metaphors and onomatopoeias)
Nice
thats pretty much mine too, cept id have ghostface in 2
Based on how you wrote that. You should of made the video.
I would put deck as no. 1
For some reason I cannot hey into inspectah. I like him better on songs where it’s all of em. But solo. I can’t get into. Halo can I start and where do I start?
Method Man at 8? Lmao wtf, Meth top 3.
Ikr
Can y’all respect an opinion?
DameZ opinion dumbass
Opinion dumbass
Clorox Bleach fax top 3: RZA ODB METHOD
Raekwon for me always had the best spin off album with Cuban Lynx, Inspectah Deck ages like fine wine where his flow sticks out to you more and more. ODB does a great job at making it seem effortless and almost random or freestyle. Ghostface is the best storyteller. RZA and GZA are where it all started and bounce off each other’s energy and flow so well I’m the studio and there wouldn’t be a Wutang without RZA’s production. Masta Killa earned his spot like this guy said and always delivers when necessary even if he isn’t in the spotlight, same with U-God. And the M-E-T-H-O-D Man himself goes without saying as one of the most recognizable voices and flows in hip hop history.
I completely disagree with you about Method Man. To me he's number one.
LucasTheLudius odb 7 too?
LucasTheLudius I disagree with not being had low 8 but Method man is number 1. It is Reakwon & then GZA , then Meth
Yesss!!Meth is my favorite. They all got mad lyrics though
I think the reason inspectah deck is underrated and not recognised as much is because his first album didn’t come out until 99, so while everyone was releasing there albums and second even he couldn’t release it and was still recording. Imagine if all those RZA beats weren’t lost and inspectah had his original album, probably would be up there with liquid swords.
There's a reason why GZA is called "The Genius"
How the hell are you not gonna not give ODB his props for his solo album and his personality gave Wu Tang that extra sound
Because he hasn't even listened to return to the 36th dirty version. He don't know shit about the Wu.
ODB is a legend, crackhead rap #1
@@POPEASS1
He said Liquid swords was gza'sas first album, has it still in celophane, classic shit from 93... lol
Yeah he dont appreciate the dirty truths of this world yet. Hes a baby.
@@POPEASS1super old comment but cmon he’s gotta listen to all wu tang solo albums to make this vid ESPECIALLY odb and both his albums at that
He ranked a glorified hype man higher than three other members. Stop whining.
Wu Tang clan is great all of them there's no worst
Bruh u killed me when u said meth was number 8, BUT when you said his voice isn’t that listenable 🤦🏻♂️
For me, based on just group albums:
1 - Deck , 2 - Ghostface , 3 - GZA , 4 - Raekwon , 5 - Method Man , 6 - RZA , 7 - Masta Killa , 8 - U-God , 9 - ODB, 10 - Cappa
GZA isn't on nearly enough tracks to be #1. Similar reason for ODB being low.
Good point - regarding GZA. Would have liked to see him featured more, but I guess he's not got as much appeal as the ones who are more well-known. Plus, he's left us with plenty
@@gwiltl he is the best on 36 chambers. He appears quite a lot on that and it's their best album.
@@alec4025 I'm not sure if it's their best album but everyone seems to think it is and just completely disregard Wu-Tang Forever even though they all improved their lyricism and RZA's production. I'm not saying it's the best, but it's not like it's bad in comparison. But I'd say that's pretty fair to say GZA's the best on 36 Chambers, although he doesn't appear that much. I feel like he appears more on the later albums. Maybe the most he appears is on The W or Iron Flag. On 36 Chambers he features on 4/5 (depending on if you count the remix of Wu-Tang: 7th Chamber) and on Wu-Tang Forever I think he features only 6 times - the second fewest behind Ol' Dirty Bastard. But somehow it still feels like he was present enough throughout the album. But obviously RZA knew what he was doing.
@@gwiltl true actually although he does have a solo track. His verses definitely stand out though.
@@alec4025 He does, yeah. I feel it's hard, conceptually, to give him a solo track on a Wu-Tang album. He's not the member you go to straight away if you want a solo
Meth at 8 just lost this list any credibility it might have had...smh
chocolate shawty no it didn’t meth Is no more than top 5
The list doesn’t need to be credible it’s his opinion
You don't know what opinions are, don't you?
Max Heying then he should say in the tile “my opinion” instead of “worst to best”
@@TyrusBeats he already shoves it in your face in the beginning of the video so you should be aware that it's his opinion
The Best thing about Wu-tang is that each member had something to give to you. If i felt in a spiritual mood, i got RZA. If i felt like i wanted to smack someone in the face i had Raekwon (OBCL1). No nonsense - U-God. etc etc.. Meth has always been my favourite but i wouldn't say he's "Better" then Ghost or Gza for example.
That's the magic of Wu-Tang. You can rank them in virtually order and there would be merit to it because they are all so good. I mean Cappa (perhaps the least popular member) came through on Winter Warz with a top 3 Wu Tang verse of all time. Amazing.
No you can't. Ranking GZA last and UGod first would be absolute stupidity. You can't rank them in an order. There's a massive talent difference between #10 and #1.
I agree with Jake. Master Killa, U-God, & RZA were the worst rappers in the group. Meth & ODB should be in the top 5.

Uncaged I do not agree. Masta Killa is the most boring.
It don't matter because his top 3 are spot on.
When is IAMJAYCE joining wu-tang? 🔥🔥🔥
We meet again guy with the immortal technique picture
TimeIsIillmatic immortal technique? I see you’re a man of culture as well
Immortal Technique could beat any Nas Tupac Prodigy or Big he's way too raw and lyrical not to say these artist aren't great.
Luis Garay not even close
Luis Garay just because someone uses big words doesn't mean they're a great lyricist. There are different things that make a good lyricist from punchlines to references. Technique was mostly a story teller
Masta Killa is by far the most underrated head in the Wu
This is by far the dumbest comment on this video MK is absolute trash. Get your ears checked.

Been listening to wu since 93
And what ive found is you actually change your favourites as you mature
For the 1st few years its was meth
Then ODB for another few years
Then ghost and chief for at least a decade
Then deck took over
Followed by u-god and masta killer and rza
And now ive matured my new number one and still in top spot for now is gza
Let me know if you agree 🙌🙌
I have to agree with the transition..
I remember been a young boy and loving U-God’s flow, never really knowing what the f he was saying..
then it was the meth, quickly followed by Ghost and Rae.
It was only when I got into my late 20’s early 30’s that I truly started to appreciate the greatness of the GZA.. the guy is just a flawless MC in its purest form..
certain people could point out his intricate flow can be hard to adapt to, or he chooses to be monotone at times, but he is genuinely and unbelievable wordsmith and storyteller, with the ability to make you think about every bar he spits..
he’s in a class of his own if you ask me.. 👐🏻
cap was an original member but he was locked up when they signed the deal
ahhhh never knew
Yah and that's why they let meth join he was caps replacement
My top 3
3.ghostface
2.method man
1raekwon
Dani DH them 3 and GZA are definitely the top 4 for me
Rza is a better emcee with the gravediggaz
word
I definitely agree w that. The Rza was a-standout and at his lyrical sharpest w the gravediggaz especially “6feet deep” . Classic creative style that not a lot of people could rock with. Classic!
Got damn thank you for stating this. Didn't know RZA could be so sharp w the lyrics until I heard how with the Gravediggaz. I guess if he doesn't produce, he brings his razor sharpness to lyrics.
Yon White damn I thought it was just me
10. Cappadonna(Underrated, Good Lyricsist, Exceled on Ghost's - Ironman and Chef's - Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, might have been higher than U-God if he was featured on 36 Chambers)
9. U-God(Also Pretty Underrated, Good Lyricsist, Exceled on Wu Albums)
8. Ol' Dirty Bastard(Most Entertaining, Great Rapper, Best Flow In Wu After Ghostface has a Classic Album but he also has Ghostwriters, GZA and RZA Wrote probably 60-70% of His Lines)
7. Masta Killa(Most Underrated Member If We Don't Count Inspectah Deck, Lethal Lyricsist, Good Flow)
6. RZA(One of the Most Lyrical Members of the Clan)
5. Inspectah Deck(The Most Underrated Member, Maybe Best Lyricsist After GZA, Sadly No Classic Albums... Who Knows He Might Jumped Up In The List, He Also Has The Best Opening Verse Ever!)
4. Method Man(Most Loved Wu Member, Most Entertaining After ODB, Great Lyricsist, Great Flow and a Solo Classic and A Classic With Reggie and Of Course Classics With Wu)
3. Rakewon(One Of My Favourite Wu Members, Great Lyricsist, Great Flow and Also Best Solo Wu Album)
2. Ghostface Killah(Most Hyped Member, Great Lyricsist, Best Flow and Best Stoeyteller In Wu, Has A Classic Album)
1. GZA(Best Lyricsist Wu and In My Opinion Top 3 Lyricsist In The History Of Hip-Hop, Great Flow and a Classic)
Agree with everything but rza and cappa are to low imo
Rae aint better than Deck and Meth. Ghost also isnt better than Meth and Deck either
@@jameshamilton5947 ghost is the most well rounded MC in the group. Meth is big, but as a pure Mc both Rae and Ghost are well ahead of him..
in fact I’d say Rae had his style bitten so much in the mid 90’s that half of New York sounded like him. 👐🏻
GZA Genius is number 1 Hands Down!!!
Aspen ...Ghost for me!
Ty u r an angel
Aspen Rae for me I guess it's cause I grew up in the hood and I can relate to the majority of his subject matter ghostface as well gza is great too!
Reakwon is the best for me
Method man hands down.. best flow consistantly..
Not bad list. a few opinions. First off Im glad u got GZA number one. He is with out a doubt the best. Im also glad you have Masta Killa so high. Mist people rank him low but I feel like hes one of the best ever. Cappadonna last I guess fits but I gotta say this about him, No one in the Clan can freestyle like him. some of his lyrics arent the best but sometimes he is amazing. Also Reakwon is amazing and probably the most consistent of the whole crew. I personally dont like Ghostface but Im not saying he isnt great. Meth should be higher tho.
SickBoy666100 Ghostface has held the wu-tang down throughout the years... and meth is the voice and heart of their brand. And brought that initial street element The beauty is the way they all compliment and Cappadonna is definitely sick w it.
And you gotta mention Killah Priest Streetlife Killarmy Suns of Man La the DarkMan. Man each cat was intricate.
Hell yea bro. I love Killah Priest. I saw him do a live solo set at rock the bells. Hes really good live. I also saw Ghost Rae and Capp the same day do the whole Cuban Lynx album. They arent very good live. I think thats one of the reasons I dont like them as much as most other people. I thought maybe it was an off night or something but I saw Ghost and Rae live again with Wu Massacre the next year and they soudned bad to mee again. I still love their shit dont get me wrong but Ghost isnt a natural MC like Meth or Capp or Gza.
Nobody lyrically ranks masta killa low he just doesn’t have enough bodies of work to comparatively be better than the top members
It changes for me on a daily basis. One day it may be Meth another day it’s Chef, but right now it’s Inspektah Deck.
Every song Deck had a verse on he killed it, I just love his multi syllable rhyming and metaphors. All of them are amazing lyricists and it’s a hard decision to pick one. You have to be a Wu Tang stan to really make a credible choice ,cause all of them shine on different tracks, which there are a ton of.
You're right, some days it's Rae, them Meth, and just the other I heard a new joint with Rebel INS that made me make the ugly face.
I can respectfully disagree on where you placed the rankings, but what people have to understand is that Wu Tang is probably the only group where each member had successful albums as well. I loved Wu Tang because each member didn't sound like the other. You could tell who was who whenever they came in. Wu Tang Forever is the best joint ever. I can tell you each member what was my favorite song was from them. I still listen to Clan In The Front from the 36 Chambers joint. The Wu Tang joints had hip hop, street life, finesse, slang and brought a culture that most rap acts of today is incapable of doing.
This list lost credibility for me when i saw meth at 8. But thats my opinion.
Jennai Shirow no its not ur opinion... Its a fact!!! This list is a joke honestly
It's a complete joke
