I hope these residents win their suit. The city needs to stop spending money on bike lanes and maintain these storm channels. The heavy rains happen every year in Jan/Feb. The city should have been ready.

This is very good thing they do. The City is guilty and it has to reimburse. I would also sue the City for the terrible roads that we drive upon every day that eventually cost us lots of money in car repair. The City is truly spending money on smth they think is more essential, right

May each resident receive a huge settlement. The Mayor and Governor of California isn’t taking care of the citizens of California. They rather receive their checks and bonuses, fund illegals, and give incentives to Wall Street and Big corporations via expensive housing projects with tax breaks over helping the American born taxpayers, small businesses, and those who enter into the USA legally. 🙏I pray those who suffered due to the flood are compensated soon. 🙏
