I have finally made my decision to be vegetarian... It's been actually 3 months and I'm so grateful. You and another youtuber are making things much easier a pushed me to finally remove animals from my diet... And I love it. Never been so in love with this kind of diet. Also found pleasure into cooking that I didn't have before.
Dear Sadia, You are simply the best . Not only at cooking healthy amazing dishes for our bodies ...but at also at giving healing to the soul through your voice . Thank you🙏x
Am I the only one who feels like they committed a major crime if they accidently skipped some of Sadia's video? Everything is amazingly well filmed, aesthetically pleasing and looks delicious, you miss out on a major part of your life if you skip.
She can easily open her own restaurant because the dishes look so divine once they are put together. Kudos to the videographer and her presentation every time. P.S. I am so trying the first recipe tonight 🙌🏻
Thank you so much for this video! I just made the second recipe the hummus pasta bake and it seriously was so good I can’t even believe it. I cook vegan food every night and that was one of the simplest and tastiest thing I have made yet. I subbed for store bought vegan parmesan & used frozen broccoli I look forward to trying the rest of these recipes !

I feel like I just did a guided meditation but did none of the work
I so much like your channel and recipes! I lately bought your e-book and it's incredible cheap for a great amount of recipes! And they're so good! I make every week about four new ones to try out! Today I'll make the Roasted bell pepper pesto (by the way not in the book, but that's no problem, even more to try!). And last week I made 4 soup recipes on one day to prepare ahead and put in the freezer for busy days. All four are great: Borscht, African peanut soup, butter squash, mushroom potatoes! Thank you so much! I hope I'll meet you once by accident while doing groceries, as I also live in Amsterdam....
I made the grilled pepper pasta last night and it actually surprised me by how absolutely delicious it was. So quick and simple and totally flavoursome. You know when something is THAT good when you look at the leftovers in the fridge and think - "Geez I can't wait for lunch tomorrow to polish that off" Am making the squash and sage pasta tonight... Thanks Sadia for the wonderful recipes!
I made the Grilled Red Pepper Pasta tonight. I substituted the peas with okra. It did not disappoint; my taste buds are happy! So flavorful, delicious & easy to make. Thank you for sharing these recipes! 🫑🍝🍽👩🏼🍳
Lots of good ideas here. I am definitely going to try that red pepper pesto sauce. I really like that your recipes have maybe 6 or 7 ingredients only, not too many. I like simple recipes with nice fresh ingredients.
I love that you use the stem of the broccoli and the skin of the pumpkin. I really don't understand why we learn to throw that away, it's so tasty. And I should try to start roasting the seeds as well, it seems so easy when you do it haha.
I ate 2 or 3 instant noodles every day when I was grown up. My mom was an working women so I don't have any one who cares about what I ate🤔. As I see l already vitamin less for that reason🧐, so I started keeping up with lime🍋🤗
I love your videos so much! Thank you for inspiration! I started to make more vegetarian and vegan food and in my last video I showed what I eat in a day. I hope you’ll have a look at it ❤️❤️❤️
I just made the baked hummus pasta sauce dish because I'm like "ooh, I have all those ingredients on hand!" But it turned out I didn't have enough red pepper hummus in my fridge. But I DID have a can of chickpeas, jar of roasted red peppers, and tahini. So I essentially made the hummus in the blender with coconut milk. Gotta say, this turned out delicious!
I think you can. Take one with the same consitency, if you make a pesto, but I always substitute nuts with others, if i dont have the right one. Also you can substitute pine nuts with sunflowerseeds. Here in Germany pine nuts are more expensive than sunflowerseeds.
How are you such an angel sent from above? genuinely asking? Lol the bloopers are my favorite always leave some for us, shows us you authentic and silly personality and makes cooking more relatable haha, much love 💗
ok i had to try the first one and im glad i did it tasted insanely delicious i love to try ur vegan recipes even when im not a vegan just cuz there so flavourful.😋
These recipes are luscious nd Divine an so quick and really good ingredients she can never go wrong. Sadia ur da best.. out here in beautiful San Francisco California
OMG! I'm not even vegan but everytime i prepare your recipes i wonder why not. Everything you prepare always looks amazing and tastes like heaven! Thanks for showing everyone that vegan food can also be amazing!
Your videos make it seem so easy to be vegan! I can’t wait to try them all but especially the red pepper pesto pasta! PS- I learned the hard way too many times to save a cup of pasta water in case sauce needs to be thinned out/ better combined 🙂
Sadia will you please make a video about being gluten free and what you think of it? I wonder if you have tried alternative pastas such as red lentil pasta and brown rice pasta, etc.
I always love your videos. Your videos have great content and your voice is so soothing that I can listen to it for hours without stopping. And when the video comes to end, I feel , " Aww, that's it? I wish I could listen to it more." Really love your channel. Love you :)
Loved the beautiful recipes... All look so pretty! I miss your healthier high protein/whole grain recipes from before. Hope you make more of those! Thanks for all the ideas and the effort you guys put into the videos! Really appreciate it 😊
The pesto looked so creamy & rich! I really want to try the roasted zucchini. I love how you present new ways to cook vegetables like the butternut squash!

Okay I just finished making the Second pasta with the large shell noodles and I can now say from experience that its is amazing, I added all the recommended seasons as well and a few of my own. Very good and will be making again for sure! 👏 👏 👏
tip: if you have it, replace the salt in the vegan parmesan with white miso. the fermented slightly tangy and very salty flavour lends itself very well to filling the role of parmesan (alongside nutritional yeast).
