Brilliant video, thank you! I have just made my first batch of coated almonds, following instructions from a book and what a mess!!! Taste divine but look horrendous. Your video has highlighted the problem for me, and its the slow addition of chocolate (not in two additions as I did!) which is clearly required. I'll give it another go now, with more confidence, thank you!
