Companion adds the continuous optimisation, but without it and by selecting the % traffic you can still keep the amount of ai aircraft at reasonable numbers. Is that correct?
Is there anyway to make the AI aircraft take off on one runway and land on the other, for example at OMDB they use 30R for departures and 30L for arrivals, the AI traffic takes off of 30L, is there anyways to make it so that they follow that style?
If you kill traffic outside of range how does the AI work if you then arrive at your destination airport? Has all the scheduled traffic that could have been their disappeared? How will it generate those flightplans again if they were killed at the beginning?
I used to Have WOAI on My FS2004, but I had to switch to WIN 10, and my Files never transferred to the new computer 😭😭. My FS2004 looks like crap right now. I'm better off Waiting for FS2020.....

It's based on the range from you, not your starting position.
You are right, you probably won't have traffic arriving od your destination airport

Quick question: Is there any way to have sode jetways connect to the AI aircaft?
Yes you can choose that in the sode jetway menu, but if your sode is based on GSXL2 then it won’t work.
Also you can go into sode and put auto dock jetways to true
GSX L2 now works with AI detection!
