Thank you so much for this video! I just became a mom of 2. A 3 and half year old and a 4-month-old. The first time around was so hard for me to work out and get into shape. Finding your channel the second time around has been so helpful! Although I don’t get much sleep 😅 I try to make time in the morning before my job ( kindergarten teacher) to do your workouts. I just finished your new year 28 days (definitely took me longer than 28 days because of life) and I am so proud that I stuck with it and finished it. Thank you so much for all that you do!
wow that's so amazing to hear! I know exactly how u feel.. my youngest is 4.5 so I was in your same position just a few years ago. You will get good sleep again haha great job for completing it and im so glad it has been a great fit for u!

I love your workouts and i got hooked on pilates now, I've been doing it since December 3-5 times a week and love what it did to my body My question is could you do video about pilates during pregnancy? We are trying for child nr 2 and if i get a green light from my dr I'd like to stay active for as long as possible. Anything to avoid? Anything to add to workouts? Just share your knowledge about this 😊

so glad u enjoyed it! I won't be posting reformer anytime soon on this channel, but I do plan to make a challenge on another platform.. won't be for awhile though because my time is limited with my kids! but definitely plan to some time in the future
This is what works for me😅 mom of three 9,8, and two and half . i was doing weightlifting that it started to affect me negatively that is why i made the switch to working out with you and i feel so much better. I toke in consideration my age and how much duties and responsibilities i have all day and based on that i switched. I still do weightlifting but only once a week when my husband is with the kids as he works two jobs ❤. Thank you so much for the tips you addressed in this video so much ideas 😊

First of all,having one kid is a big big or even huuuge difference from having two.I feel more tired and only think how to sit in silence and do not move.:)

Haha great point! Exercising and sitting in silence are both equally hard with 2 😂😂
