The easiest way is by car: from Okayama City it's around 1,5h of driving. If using public transport: From Okayama Station by train (using JR Hakubi Line) to Bitchu-Takahashi Station around 50min by train and from there by public bus around 40 minutes to Fukiya Village. It's important to check timetable before, as buses are only few times per day. Have a nice day! :)
