What a bargain!! You forgot to mention it's across from the recycling station. Do they take all of the hoarded stuff that's been accumulated? Some of these Akiya are well situated and close to everything. That's very convenient. It's got a lot of good qualities and a lot of potential. That's still a lot of stuff🤣 to move though. You'll be able to help them remove the stuff that you liked in the boxes. And the records. (You're like kids in a candy 🍭🍬 shop) Be careful tho coz you'll run out of space in your own house eventually..

However, they won’t accept items that require a recycling fee.
