Of course, if you can add speed, by all means power it, but when the backspin is heavy and you dont have the racket speed of FZD, you must brush more sideways to get the ball over. Also, you can "twist" sideways WITH power.
Maybe he says this for us to not deviate from the right track. Thus, maybe, he wants us to strenght first. Because the other way round, maybe the guy couldnnot develop such a killer shot.
I can easily flick higher balls but the low, heavy backspin balls are impossible without using a lifting motion.
Truls uses side arc technique, as a result, he gives away points.

His points of speed & spin is great, but variety is also mandatory too so the side under spin flick is not so useless as he said imo

MLong won him with a slow spinny side during wttc from yrs ago. FBo anticipated it with alot of speed and timed it wrong dumping the ball to the net.
Fang Bo is a legend. Great to see him giving some free professional coaching when Ma Long has given almost nothing to his blind fans.
@@tarigomar7982 because he's still playing!
Will be second part about flick?
yes
If a Chinese top player showed how you how to do it, you better believe it
Can you also show the height of contact and point of contact.
Contact point is key
Without that, all these lessons will fall flat in a match situation
Thanks
