Started a vending business 4 months ago & when ever I have a problem I scan your channel & 9/10 x you have a video showing me how to fix it , after 4 months I already have 14 machines making $, Thank you for all the help
When vending 12oz cans a rod should be used. This is documented by Dixie Narco. The cradles in the Dixie Narco 501E over time tend to rock back and forth or have to much play if the are wiggled left and right. The rod helps prevent a 12oz can from prematurely dropping due to this excessive play. Is it ok to vend a 12oz can with out a rod and spring? Sure. It is just not the best practice. For 20oz bottle in the wide column you need x4 plastic bottle shims. x2 on the left and x2 on the right. Timing cam set to hole #3 and rear spacer to hole #15.
Your videos are so informative. Do you ever make videos about Dixie Narco 276M. I recently bought one and am a total newbie and am trying to figure out how to make it work.
Hi Thanks for thé gréât and informative video. I was wondering there is no way to charge $20 or $40 with this type of vending machine ? I have a Rock-ola CCC5 machine that accept coins and bills. Ps : the machine has loads of cans that exploded inside ( the machine was stocked for 6 years.) There is corn syrup/ caramel glue on the compressor, on the bottom and here and there but mainly on everything bellow the cans recipient. What would be the best advice to clean it ? Would it work with high pressure water ( not on the door electronic ) but the rest, wait a week to dry then clean each electric connection with an electronic spray ? Thanks looking forward to have tips 😊
Hi there great videos, sering from sweden, got a Dixie narco 180 but cannot change the price into 1 krona used to be 5.krona..have multiple relays but i think it still a one price machine...they look like this..maybe you can help me out? regar 2:17 ds Peter sweden.
Great video!! Any chance you would know why the correct change light is always on? If I put in a coin if starts to blink but then the bill collector will only work when the light is out so we try to catch it in between but that’s hard.. I set it to $1 thinking we can just use a dollar but nope.
@Rbrtcsd Good question. Vending machines that use a single price coin changer use a solenoid to send power to the vend motors. Setting the dip switches to all off will still not energize the solenoid. To keep the solenoid energized for free vends. Pins 1,3,&5 would need to be jumped together. It is a better idea to use a monetary switch to trigger the solenoid for free vends. This is done by placing Pins 1 & 7 to the COM end of the switch and Pin 3 to the NO end of the switch. Then when a vend needs to take place you simply press the switch to trigger the solenoid.
The simple answer is no you can not anymore. There where a few conversion kits on the market about 15 to 20 years ago that would convert specific single price drink vending machines. It is an involved process and in my opinion not cost effective in the long term.
You don’t get more of a perfect clear articulating teacher.
Thank you for the kind words!

No change in the change holder. Just figured out that same problem on mine

So If I have each dail off value... can it then bypass for free? Since I have one for my garage at home lol.
If there is also a bill accepter, does that change anything?
