NYC is amazing and beautiful day and night. It has this awesome showstopper skyline lighting up at night against the sky, the water, and the ferries which is such an exciting and unforgettable experience.

Did a free walking tour of the Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Heights, and Dumbo. I loved it and plan on going back in the spring or summer. Thanks for sharing!!
When I went there, it was a summer afternoon. It was very crowded and there were people at little tables selling souvenirs along the way like a flea market. I ended up walking along a pathway instead of going down the stairs, and ended up way out in the middle of the apartment buildings. Then another time I went to that little waterfront park during the day. I waited in line for some kind of famous pizza that wasn't that good but was very expensive. I like how you show all the angles, the different people and give a little history and your impressions. It does look kind of special at dusk and then night with the twinkling lights. There is also a waterfront park on the west side of Manhattan. You can see the NJ skyline with some skyscrapers and then farther up some cliffs and mountains. There are a lot of ships and boats in the harbor. Along the way there is the Battery Park fort, Holocaust Museum and Chelsea Piers sports complex. There is also a boat basin full of yachts. There are some restaurants too and one has an abandoned schooner ship you can climb on as part of the restaurant.

I know someone that has climbed every bridge in NYC without getting caught..When he climbed Manhattan Bridge he went all the way to the top and was sitting looking down on the city like Spiderman..He climbs without any rigging and every time I watch I say a prayer for their safety..

Look at how flat NY City is to the sea, it wouldn't take a drastic change in sea level to cover it.
