Thank you. I just got one and I couldn't figure out what the silicone dispenser cap was for. Your video was the only one I could find that demonstrated how to use the newer model. The video on The Pampered Chef website doesn't show what it does effectively. I can't wait to use it!
You didn’t show what you used at the bottom of the screw thing or the rubber nonslip thing and what did you do at the top? Did you open up the vent thing or is it still closed?
Here are the instructions and you open the valve on the top to dispense. How to Make Whipped Cream 1. Twist the plunger lid counterclockwise to remove it from the container. 2. Pour heavy whipping cream into the container to the bottom of the fill line; do not exceed the fill line. 3. Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) of powdered sugar. 4. Replace the lid and rotate clockwise to secure. Ensure the triangle indicators on the container and on the plunging lid are aligned, and the lid plug is fully pressed into the hole in the lid. 5. On a flat, dry surface, pump the handle the full length of the container until the contents reach the desired consistency, about 30 seconds. 6. Leave the plunger in the up position and unscrew the plunger lid counterclockwise to remove. 7. To store prepared whipped cream in the refrigerator, place the lid on the container and secure. To Dispense & Decorate 1. Follow steps 1-6 in “How to Make Whipped Cream” above. 2. Place the dispenser cap on a clean, flat surface with the lip-side up. Place the paddle on top and press down. 3. Insert the paddle at an angle to remove air until you reach the top of the whipping cream. Replace the plunger lid and rotate clockwise to secure. (See illustration #1) 4. Unscrew the bottom lid and replace with the open-star tip. Twist clockwise to tighten. 5. Remove the plug from the lid. 6. With even pressure, push down on the plunger to dispense the whipped cream. 7. Once the container is empty, unscrew the bottom lid and the plunger to disassemble.
