Imagine how soul crushing it must feel to have an athlete show up and on his first throw, he throws it a meter further than most of the competitors pb’s lol
You sound like you are butthurt. That is called good competition. That is what good athletes look forward to going against. Use your brain and show some adult understanding of the world.
We've seen literally history in the making and welcomed a new era! Congrats to the three stunning throwers who punched their tickets to Tokyo! And Ryan, your 76 foot-plus throw is just phenomenal!!!
Thought it was sh!te how the officials would not allow Ryan Crouser to get a selfie next to the scoreboard showing the World Record put. Instead, they wheeled up Curtis Jensen who was 3 metres behind and would've surely allowed Crouser 20 seconds to get the photo.
Wow, NOT one Glider. Brian Oldfield is looking down from Heaven saying " See I was onto something with the Rotational technique " Looks like the Glide is History.
Well, it would be a common sense to say rotational tecchnique is for weaklings only, lol. You'd have to be insanely strong and fast to shot at least 21+ using glide. Rotational tech is basically easier way to deliver shot quicker and in more explosive power.
@@ShiroLt it is not quicker or easier. The spin is much harder to learn and more unforgiving, but it is simply more powerful for many throwers. And “weaklings?” You go try and do what they do. And delivering the shot with more explosive power is literally the point of the event. What common sense are we talking about?
Many states don’t allow athletes to throw hammer or javelin in high school for safety reasons so Americans often get a late start in those disciplines compared to other countries. As for discus I’m not entirely sure. I’d imagine because most elite discus throwers coming out of high school are also elite shot putters and they tend to focus more on shot put beyond that
Shouldn’t those in the chairs have some shield protection, what if the person about to throw the PUTT miscalculates, releases and smacks’em 😳 be so painful 😓
Thank you man for posting the finals bro

golden age of shot put right here, excited for the Olympics
That Randy Barnes record stood for a very long time 23.12, Crouser destroys it with 23.37, well done sir!!

Lion Ryan 🦁 king 👑 of Shotput
Seeing Couser break it is great, hope hr clears 24 m at Olympic finals.
24m seems so out there, and the fact the crouser isn’t far off of it is even crazier
I like that his very last throw here would still have been enough for 1st!
I’m pretty sure every throw he threw would have gotten him 1st, which is even crazier.
Kenapa atlet tolak peluru tubuh nya pasti gempal ya.mmg harus sprt itu ya min
It's not a throw; you're not allowed to throw it.
You have to put it (originally putt). That's why it's called the shot put.
You put (putt) a shot.
Was Crouser's 5th fhrow (a foul) longer than the 4th (WR)?
Anyone have an idea how long Crouser's 5th round fall was?
So who will win gold???
One of the best competitions in throws history
They are all beast
Amazing throw!
I for see the future ! Ryan will throw 77 plus under pressure ,what do I know ?
He may be the first man to throw 77 feet
No doubt

A 40 cm PR puts Otterdahl on the team. Great for him, not so great for Hill.

Figures. Big fat men would be good at this .
A skinny guy couldn't do this. Newton's law says that the force required to throw will push him back.
Future generations will look at these videos of people wearing masks outside and lambast us for how truly STUPID we were.
I wonder Most of the good shot put athletes are form USA.but they can't shine in javelin throw or hammer throw or discus throw.

2020 or 2021 jeez all these typos
Aren’t these officially still the 2020 Olympics? If so, then this would be the 2020 Olympic trials. Not sure, but it could make sense.
Yes it’s the year 2021 but it’s still the Olympics of 2020.
