You remind me of my coworker that asks me 3 questions at once and when I try to answer he just rambles on and on and on. I avoid him at all costs.

Payne, her dad was about to give you great information that has never been discussed publicly before (about the elevator closet), but you interrupted him. Wow. Edit: Painful listen for anyone who knows anything about the case.

Painful listen. How is the victim's father supposed to know how or why the murderer did this? The child was tortured. The letter is long because the person who wrote it is a sadist who enjoyed the power he wielded as he wrote that letter.

Around minute 55, a question is asked about the amount of the ransom, $118,000, and what John thought it may have referred to. John clearly doesn't know. Pressed on what link SBTC may have had to the bible, John also, clearly, has no idea. John tried to answer and in doing so made a huge mistake. He said if it was a biblical reference, maybe, he couldn't recite it and clearly wasn't sure but he thought maybe it was from a Psalm, "Saved by the Cornerstone". Well, just as a matter of fact, nowhere in the bible is the phrase "Saved by the Cornerstone" Apparently someone posed that theory to John and it stuck in his head as a fact. It is not.
SBTC appears once in the bible, not as SBTC but as the first letters of four lines in Psalms 35. THE LETTERS ARE BACKWARDS!
Contend, Lord, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me.
Take up shield and armor; arise and come to my aid.
Brandish spear and javelin against those who pursue me.
Say to me, “I am your salvation.”
John lost his daughter, he has gone through a lot in the past 27 years. He never studied the police files, investigators' files. He has not memorized the bible and he was wrong when he said the initials may have stood for "Saved By The Cornerstone" as found in Psalm (118?)

The interviewer is a disaster. He seems like a nervous school kid and constantly interrupts and talks over Ramsey. He’s horrible.

Also, doesn't seem to know much about the case. Didn't want to bother reading up.

@@EmeraldSmarty You seem to know even less actually.

@@julez8053 Have you listened to the interview? It's inaccurate to call it an interview - more of an exercise in disconnect and interruption. Payne didn't want to bother doing a cursory study of the case, so he decided to badger her dad for the most basic of case information. If you enjoyed that, well that is something.

"Enjoyed"? I wouldn't even know how the matter of a murder could be in any way enjoyable.
You don't seem to have done "a cursory study of this case" either.
