How to do valve clearance & adjustment on Honda crf 450 x Part 1

My cry 450 x 2005 model started playing up, it would not start with electric start, it would only start with kick start but even that with great difficulty, compression also very low, on this video we looking to find out if it is the valves that caused this problem and we do find out that one valve is to tight !!!

Shit, just going by memory, the 450X cam and timing chain gear looks a little different from the 450R, which it probably should be where the x is a woods bike.
