I tried all your solutions. But this is just a temporary solution just for 1 or 2 minutes. You tube is working ok. but uanble to open any other site even i cant open my gmail also. i tried to use another browsers also but the problem is still same. i deactivated antivirus then follow the steps but the error is same.

Something is blocking your internet connection. That's why this type of problem occurs. Check if you have any unknown program or extension installed that are causing interrupted things.
If you've done everything possible then contact your ISP. Tell them your issue. Say your internet is not working at all. They will reset the router and the whole lan connection.
If you know how to diy then you can do it too. But be careful you might mess things up.

Right click on start button. Go to Installed apps and program. Then Remove everything that you don't use often and uninstall unknown programs too.
After this, go to your browser extension page, and remove those which you don't use or at least disable them.
