Question for you, Im trying to do this test on an 07 s8, and when doing the test, pressing brake and accelerator hard, the rpm’s just shoot up to soft limiter, they do not perform the test. Any ideas?

I agree, most of us only use about 20% of the software the tools come with to trouble shoot issues.
