Hey everyone, it's Ash Mazzina here! I'm so excited to take you on a tour of my house. After countless hours of planning, designing, and a whole lot of hard work, it's finally time to share it with you all. We are two years in and there is a lot more to do, but you asked for a house tour, so I'm giving you one.

The concrete garden was not for me
It's beautiful, it almost looks as if you didn't do anything to the house. It just looks exactly as it should.
This made me cry so hard. Its beautiful.. The reason I am crying is my parent bought a house exactly with this layout in the 80s. My mother worked so hard to renovate it. My father sadly used the house as collateral against his business which collapsed and we were made homeless. I have never got out over this situation and pray every day that one day I could make it to buy a house but alas I am now too ill from a life spend managing the fallout of losing our home which broke up our family. This house is so treasured already and you have given it back its beauty. Be proud of yourselves and for respecting it original atmosphere. Well done on all your hard work x

What a TREAT! I love seeing the saturated and rich colours. There is nothing boring or cold about anything. Rich, warm, inviting, and strikingly homely and comfortable. Well done indeed. One thing is very sure. You have not created a house. You have created a home.

It’s absolutely beautiful, I don’t normally like dark colours but this is spot on , classy and cosy
You say the house is not finished but regardless of how long you have lived there it's never truly finished. Personally, its lovely! You've done a splendid job with the renovation process. I had to subscribe, I want to see your lovely garden.

You have done a beautiful job restoring your home. I grew up in an 1800 row house in upstate NY and at 77 I still dream of the character of that house
The modern apts they stick us in are pathetic & we can't paint or upgrade lighting or appliances. I know it's costly to do what you are doing but you have your youth & time slow down if you must, but what you have done is more than wonderful. I know your grandmother would love the kitchen, me too.🥰

You REALLY know what you are doing with Victorian style! I've never seen a renovation do it so tastefully and with such natural flair. I LOVE how you didn't over-modernise the kitchen and bathroom - in fact it was a kind of emotional experience for me to see a house like this saved rather than ruined. ❤👏

Ash! This is such a sensitive restoration project! I love the warm glow of the kitchen, and the sense of drama of the garden beyond! Even the placement of the massive glazed jars with Verbena and hydranga-you have such an eye for detail! That house is gonna love you back! I am always anxious about kitchen redos, especially in Victorian houses. Yay! Colour! It looks like it's always been there. I love it.
i bought a 1918 terraced house with rubbish layout and not a single authentic feature left, but I was strapped for cash and had to diy everything down to the plumbing. Seeing how your house was and how you managed to create beauty in a way that feels and looks authentic, despite not a single authentic element being there to start with requires such talent and eye. I can only imagine how much time and money must have gone into this, but the whole thing fits together so well and is so dreamy and authentic. And it wouldn't look wrong in a very boutique hotel. Absolutely stunning work! What a beauty. I can only imagine what peace you can feel bathing, cooking and relaxing in these rooms. Excellent attention to functionality and beauty

Thank God for people like you as I hate modernisation and we need to cherish the old not the new and character in our homes is everything and you have brought this house back from the brink. Thank you it is gorgeous and that wall on the stairs? I have done the same with mine and tried to bring the traditional back and so many homes now have been ruined by taking out original features but someone like you works magic. Wonderful. You are a shining example of how homes should be treated and hope you work your magic on more. This was a delightful video to watch.

I watched your video yesterday and I just watched again today. I don’t say that often but your house is simply gorgeous, full of life and love, cared for.
The choice of colours, the panelings, the hardware, the lighting…everything is just meant to be there.
I don’t like red usually in a house, but the red on your cabinets just wow; warm, welcoming, hugging you. Just like what a kitchen should feel like.
And the red walls in the bathroom upstairs, is an extension of that.

Your home is beautiful, you’ve done an amazing job. I also purchased and renovated a 3 bedroom victorian property - Built in 1900. It was painstaking but worth every minute of the disruption for the end result. I pinch myself everyday and can’t believe we live in this property. Would always recommend choosing an old property over new any day of the week! Love your style and ideas ❤
