Agree, and it's a lot of house for the money! The owners did this work to create their forever home so I don't think they have plans on selling! They do however let it out over the weekends and school holidays.

A WC in the kitchen/dinner 😢 Absolutely a deal breaker. I don’t why some owners do this all in the name of having a WC downstairs. It disgusting and unhygienic. Would you eat in this setup at a restaurant? Definitely not so why at home ? Other than the house n finishes looks incredible ☺️

I'm going 420k because extensions cost about £10k per square metre.

The exterior has been done really nicely! There were some nice bits of character throughout but it’s always a personal taste!
If a house is being renovated for resell, it should NOT be done in the renovator's personal taste.

It's a shame that people take these beautiful Victorian houses and turn them into ugly, glass and metal monstrosities. This house is hideous.
These types of extensions will always be to a personal taste!

Practicality reasons really, especially if you've got guests over or kids (which the owners have both!). Glad you love the rest of the house though!

My only critique is that I don't understand why developers make those back extensions ceilings so low. I mean come on.
