Love this mechanic, they should totally add more things that only end game players are inclined to use. AND I can't forget about that magnificent advanced quest that everyone so loves; "the ascend quest".
The ascend quest always comes at the worst time for us early game players at the moment too - when we're running seriously low on energy and then have to sit there with the best possible team we can throw together that survives 80ish% of the time and farm Stage 1 for a depressing 4-5 Lesser Oils until we have enough for that one quest hoping we have enough energy to get through it! 😅
Now he has the this best advanced quest as well. Definitely lovely. He probably can't even take it down but he has to ascend an artifact while he can't even upgrade it instantly
Well the point is you can only do it as an end game player
I only ascend on my f2p when that mission comes around. The oil they gave you for free last a long time if you use the cheaper version only when the quest is up
The biggest joke is raid doing an offer recently for around 12.5million silver for $60 when they almost always have daily offers pop up when low on silver for 5.6million silver for $15. They think we can’t do math.
Sand devil needs to unlock at level 60/70 (maybe higher) and the artifact instant upgrade needs to unlock at 10.
no, that's too much. lvl 40 is alright or maybe lvl 50. but 60/70 is too long and sanddevil isn't that hard to be playable at only those lvls.

The lack of instant upgrade is the number 1 reason not to ever start a new account.

Let’s not forget about the campaign shortcut to the last one you’ve played. That doesn’t unlock until around level 50 I think. Soooo stupid!
I'm F2P account only just over two months the cruelest joke I can think of about it is augmenting an artifact often being in one of the dailies so early

As a new player, getting gear to lv16 takes way too long before hitting lv40 and thd sand castle devil boss just rekted my team
Stick to 12 until you have more reliable ways of getting silver..
You guys realize they open a little early on purpose it makes you feel like you need to be stronger to do it so your more inclined to buy stuff

Yea, Raid is definitely on the lower end for f2p friendly in comparison with it's competitors.
the instant upgrade at the very least should be unlocked the moment they let you auto level to 16, or a couple of levels later... actually it should be on from the beginning....
The funniest part will be the advanced quest asking to ascend gear
Sand Devil should unlock closer to 70 and not be a mandatory daily. It's just raids half ass way of proving to investors "see? We make content people enjoy playing!"
I’ve had sand devil and the other one open for about 2 weeks now. Still can’t beat the first stage

Auto upgrade really does kind of steal your silver though

I see it as they want new players to keep playing for the good "easy-going" stuff so they can show people play this game alot. It's why forge, auto upgrade is high to get while the end game crap comes beforehand...
You get DOOM TOWER,HYDRA AND SANDMAN before any early game things you need happens haha

I don't unserstand why they lock the instant upgrade at all. Its a massive turn off. A big part of why I have never referred this game to anyone is because of how tedious and dated the first days and weeks are.
You have missions that require farming utterly useless gear, then paying to upgrade that useless gear, slowly, to equip that useless gear, to then have to just destroy it.
Why would I ever want to put someone through this games starter experience? Needs a complete rework of missions and what unlocks when.

ne you don't get it if you give them money for shards and such then you'll be able to do sand devil by lvl 35
