Central Health Center groundbreaking ceremony

On December 23, 2024 Providence Community Health Centers delivered a wonderful holiday gift to the neighborhood served by our Central Health Center - a groundbreaking ceremony that will allow us to care for thousands of additional patients each year.
The expansion, which will include 10 new exam rooms and will necessitate the hiring of three new providers, is expected to be completed by late July 2025. Thank you to the dignitaries including Sen. Jack Reed - who was instrumental in securing some of the funding for the expansion - who joined us for the ceremony.
