These are the days in May when I signed up for the gym for the first time in my life, got a perm after a long time, studied English, grilled pork belly, took a walk, and rolled around with Audrey.

Some people do well on gyms. Some people do better in classes. I get bored if I go to machines at the gym. But have fun is gym classes. I prefer dancing, yoga and pilates, but my schedule is not so good. So instead of going to the gym, I have my SWITCH game-console!
There's many exercise games: Just Dance, Yoga Master, Ring Fit, Fitness. It was cheaper then a gym subscription and it works better with my schedule :) still better then no exercise at all.

Once I fall into a game, I can't get out of it. (League of Legends, FIFA Online, Overwatch...) But I think the SWITCH game-console is really good because it's a game that can help you become healthy.
