What a nice video! I have an old (1999) Dodge Ram Cummins with the camper package, and an OLDER 1995 Lance on it, love it, though the camper is a recent hand me down and I haven't spent as much time in it as I would like!
What an awesome setup guys. Literally mind blown at the ease of setup. You guys certainly don’t cut corners. What an inspiration for many of us viewers. Safe travels!
Nice set-up. I have a 2018 Ram 3500 dually fully loaded pickup truck with Lance 850 camper. I went with no slideouts as I wanted to keep weight down and really didn't need any extra space. I live full-time in my Lance and love it. Don't worry about some negative comments as you guy's seem like a fun couple living the Lance lifestyle. Keep the dream alive and enjoy many adventures.
Really nice set-up. We just purchased a Lance 850. Funny that Truck Campers all come in white or a cream color. Wish they made different colors. Although the darker the color the hotter they get. Bets of luck!
ROFL! These are all so true! I would kinda enjoy a video compilation of all the moments of people saying, "... and back here, this space is really cool for, like... miscellaneous things"
Been trying to find a workable solution for my daughter's trap/skeet/sporting clays competitions for camping (or just hanging out between rounds) and hauling a golf cart or side by side. Something like this might work. Thanks for posting.
Hey, we passed you guys coming through arkansas a while back. I was telling my wife what an awesome setup you had. I just happened to stumble across this video. Just thought I'd share that worthless piece of info.
Nice set up, being a camper owner for 40 years I always put plywood 8" X 8 " 3/4 " pads under my jacks. Just safer , the front jacks put a lot of weight on a very small footprint and even concrete can have a weak area with a void under it, why take a chance?
That’s amazing... congrats to you and especially him. Nice setup but I’m sure this will all fade soon if he makes it bigger. Keep your spirit and remember how great simple can be.
That is sweet, I have the same pick up truck but mine is not lifted, I’m real curious how that handles being lifted with that camper, I have a truck camper also but not lifted but I would like to have some lift for going off road while camping
Bob Cat hi Bob, we have a 3 inch lift and it rides very well with the camper on! It is nice to have more clearance from the ground while off road. Make sure you pay attention to your height clearance as well!
OMG GIRL!!!!!!!!!!! Im totally digging the black camper!🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 You must have had the specially ordered because every lance i ever saw was white. Beautiful🖤 Beautiful 🖤 Beautiful 🖤
More than likely, the camper has been wrapped, along with the truck. Cheaper than painting and probably paid for by one of the sponsors, to make it stand out.
Damn! That Is one bad ass setup. My lifelong dream realized in a video, to travel and fish for work. Very inspiring, although at my age and current career it’s realistically more of a retirement plan. Lol I know you guys probably are loaded with as much tackle as you will ever need, but I custom airbrush fishing lures. Be great to shoot you something up free of charge. Nothing quite like a BC 1/1.
No, not really. I just shoot lures as a side hobby. I really don’t have the time to market, and this would be why I have no desire to to push a name or website etc...etc... I do have certain fishing channels I enjoy watching, and would absolutely love to see some of my lures nailing fish. It’s called a love for creation and watching someone else get enjoyment from it. Have no desire for plugs.

How do you keep the camper secure in place when leaving the campsite? If you drive the truck off to go sightseeing is there some type of mechanism or security device to make sure the camper is still there when you return?
Is there any reason you didn't go with a Lance 1172? Would it be too heavy when wet, and with all the other cargo? My F-450 has a 5,400lb. payload and just wanted your thoughts. This 1062 model is 561 lbs. lighter right off the bat, but lacks the extra space. You would definitely need a longer tow bar with the 1172 as well.
I was a little sceptical when I saw a pickup, however, it makes sense with your set up. As you have a normal run of the mill pick up for driving around town in. However, you can tow a boat, and carry you living quarters. With a camper or caravan, I don't think you would be able to tow a boat. If your amper could tow a boat it would be a big one that you could not take into town, as well as the hassle of setting it up every time you wanted to pop out to the shops.
I traded my 2012 992 model in for a fifth wheel. I wanted a camper that I could use if I just stopped on the side of the road without having to put the slides out. The bad thing with the truck camper that has slide outs is you can't use it unless you put the slides out.
What's the bathroom like? Wet or dry bath? And what do you do for black and grey water? Do you have to close everything down and put it back on the truck... and then take it to the drains?
Yup you just sold no telling how many Lance campers with this video guys haha ... I would love to have one if you ever decide to donate yours to me haha or anyone with a camper period willing to donate it to me I would be more than grateful and appreciative of it ... Great video 👍
Yeah, I stopped the video and rewound to show my wife. Her first question was "How much" We were sold, until I looked up the price. Holy cow! About twice what I was guessing. And we have been camper shopping.
@@cliffwalden4038 I know right .. definitely a lot more than I was guessing ... I started converting my Montero sport into a camper and didn't quite finish it and thought about just buying a camper until like you , I saw the prices haha .. I was like YUP! Gonna have to just finish the Montero conversion ... Well good luck my friend on your camper hunt and I pray that you find whatever it is your looking for that meets your needs whatever they may be in Jesus Christs mighty name .. be blessed my friend 👍🙏
1. Be good at fishing 2. get a bunch of other people to pay for your stuff but really they are about 30k, while lance, arctic fox and adventure are top of the price range (excluding host) there are other brands that are half the price.
Such an awesome setup and it seems small but once inside it holds alot of space and feels sooo cozy....gotta love lance campers!! Anyone know the name of the song btw lol
I have a 2500 diesel with over loaders, not a duel axial, with 8 foot bed. My neighbor has lance camper for his short bed dodge, he bought just a little over a year from an RV show new, I want 4 season light weight camper. Sleep 2 adults, 2 kids
What size tires are you running on that rig? The lance dealer told me I couldn’t load a 1062 onto a dually with larger than stock tires because it won’t fit. I’m running 33/12.50/20.
Bad ass truck......thats pretty sweet...so, I'm guessing that would set me back.... $80,000 - the boat, you can keep that....boats don't really excite me all that much....but the boat is probably $70,000 as well....i don't know, I don't know anything about them...
Wow it's a lot different than when I was camping we had 11' truck camper to take it off was a real pain in the butt .I wish I could go camping agen . Have Fun I enjoy your Video
It looks like in the video that the rear wheels and tires have only a inch or so of clearance between them and the forward jacks. That would be the thing I would most fear, striking the jacks while backing under the camper.
I wish my wife could do all that but she cant even back the truck. Well that isn't fair. She can but it takes her 10 to 15 attempts. It's actually a pretty good show too. Grab some brewskies and call up a few buddies, and tell em "hey Beth's gonna back the truck into the driveway". And we just sit and have a good time for half a hour L'ingMAO.
beautiful, camper, truck, boat and most importantly a really beautiful pet, enjoy your travels Kayla and Carl.

Very nice setup. I like the wrap on the Lance. Looks great. Keep livin the dream. And ignore the losers with no life, no plan, and no hope.
Finally nice short great video without showing "and in this drawer I have silverware and this drawer...."keep spreading good vibes guys
Thomas Vebr that’s the truth. “And in here we have our clothes. And in here we have our pots and pans.” I refuse to watch “and in here” videos
ROFL! These are all so true! I would kinda enjoy a video compilation of all the moments of people saying, "... and back here, this space is really cool for, like... miscellaneous things"
Please do a vlog. That gives information on the camper, truck and boat. Modifications, type, upgrades. ..everything. That is a great setup.
BEAUTIFUL CAMPER AND DOG!!!!! 🥰
great setup music included yu make it look really simple thanks
Wow thank you for sharing this video. I've never owned a camper but I like this one.

Very nice. I also like the style of it. So many of the current campers still have that 70’s or 80’s feel. This one doesn’t. Love that
Love the dog. Like the music. That's about it.
Cool wraps on everything!Cool video!

RV Duck I built jack pads for a fire truck. Basically same idea but slide on like slippers
You must do REEEEEEALLY WELL on the FLW Tour to be able to afford that setup!
Well i mean thats alot of sponsors they have
That's the life I would love to live

How do you keep the camper secure in place when leaving the campsite? If you drive the truck off to go sightseeing is there some type of mechanism or security device to make sure the camper is still there when you return?
This one is awesome!
How do those support legs hold up in high winds? They seem thin. Does the camper wobble a lot?

Good grief. Shut up, dude
Some deap stuff there, must of taken a hole year to think of that.
Nice home car!
Looks like a lot of fun
Not enough advertising on it! Please add more
jaygrenham If sponsors paid my bills I'd have logos all over my vehicles too.
Those are all sponsors. If a company gives you $$ and merchandise then you advertise. I would put a huge tampon on my camper if Playtex sponsored me😀
If sponsors paid my bills I'd have logos all over your vehicle too

Excellent job
keep working with each other, support friends
That is a nice slide in camper.

Ram-n_dodge sounds easy enough!
Well it’s all decked out by sponsors that’s how.

get a big insurance policy on your wife and well you know accidents happen all the time!
no no now that's funny
I'm really falling in love with this life style, One Day..
If you have the money to get the rig you want just do it don't wait.
I want a lance overhead and a boat! 👍
Good job 👍🏻

Congrats and very useful camper for long haul...but curious what's the link to music track..love the beat.?
Where is this camp site.

randy roti You can get into a Lance Camper for anywhere from 5,000-50,000! Just depends on what’s your looking for! We love ours!
I was thinkin you could put a trailer with a couple 4 wheelers or a side by side behind it and have a good time
randy roti , na, about $40,000 you can get a real nice bass boat
Does it have a bathroom?
Nice!! I’d replace the diner table w a recliner though
Chris Pearce the Lance 1172 has a table AND two recliner! 👌🏼

Carl was wondering did u r ford need and lift air bags or just the leaf spring system that comes with it thanks
I'm 100 percent sure The truck did not need anything its A F450 for God's sake
But how easy is it to drive the truck back under the camper to re-install it?
turning it’s pretty easy actually
