Some of the issues noticed. Your mounting a tow strap to hollow aluminum beam which will run the risk of damaging the beam as soon as its used.
Second part. The strap is mounted horizontal which will bend the metal bracket.
3rd the second that strap is used it will destroy the grill and front bumper.
The correct way should be to mount it vetical. As well as a plug between the bolt. To minimize crushing or warping the crash bar.

Can this actually be used to simply tow a car on a flat smooth surface and possibly pull it out from a ditch?
+Brandon R It will be able to pull the car to some extent. But it may not be able to carry it's entire weight.
