No no that is wrong information. Njan 4 kollam angmaliyil arnu. Meat is not like this in any vindhaalo. Outter hard and Inner soft syirikum. Also ethu maram pole anu erune inside. I eat vindhaalo every year during Easter it is not like this at all. When a meat is cooked like this , it looses all goodness of it. It is typical tendancy of malayalis to over cook meat.
