Is this the same concept of VDI, only this time around, the device is dedicated. Can this also run for multiple users with directories in Microsoft AD?
The Cloud PC in Windows 365 can run games and any Windows app. We actually covered the GPU options for Windows 365 on Mechanics ruclips.net/video/nh8OUMeDrnU/видео.html
Thank you for responding but upon further review so I can make a informed decision before purchasing this new hardware specifically for gaming the new windows 365 link mini PC can play windows video games? I'm talking about the new mini PC the windows 365 link if so I will definitely be buying one thank you
To be clear, you can't install apps locally on the device. It only connects to the Windows 365 environment, so any apps you'll want to install are done in that remote environment, your Cloud PC, not locally on the device.
I'm sorry I'm not very technology literate can the new windows 365 link mini PC play windows video games yes or no? that's all I need is a yes or no thank you for you're time and if I can play windows video games on this device I'm very much so excited to buy one
Just wondering Is it possible to do faster log ins without password on multiple workstations and pick up where you left off. And no timeouts and no need to log off. Auto log off when you or any other log on.?
That's how the Cloud PC works. Link with Windows 365 works with passwordless sign-ins, using the Authenticator app, FIDO2 key or cross-device passkey. The remote Windows environment - if left actively connected to a previous device - when signed in using another device will sign out of the previous device session and move the active session to the device you just signed in with.
I thought I was the only one that noticed this and that profile dialog is slow as molasses. On our work PC's, I sometimes have to invoke a keyboard command to bypass signing into auto log on credentials and this makes it difficult. I now use the power menu to quickly sign out (Windows key + X)
When will Windows 365 Cloud PC be available for private users? I wanted to ask and would like an answer.
Thank you very much.
