But then she would fail a day before she finishes a huge challenge! I've done 75 hard twice and starting again in a few weeks. Sometimes you just got to push through! It's so worth it.
This is so real. The difference in how much I get done on days where I got enough sleep the night before vs not is insane. I was someone who tried to push myself no matter how exhausted, and I feel like I had to learn the hard way that it's better to just go to sleep and work on keeping that schedule consistent. Literally it fixed so many of my problems.

After watching dozens of peeps videos, I keep seeing that they think they must read self help books and it wasn't easy. The rules do not specify self help books, they just must be educational for you. That opens up so so many books: Travel books, whatever for Dummies books, history, motivational autobiography etc...and also, you don't have to finish a book, you can jump around until you find something that resonates with you. Just a thought. Good job finishing this challenge, I enjoyed your video!
I'm starting this challenge today! One thing I can't understand is a gallon of water/day for me personally. As smaller person it doesn't make sense to me. I'm 5'4 vs for example my husband who is 6'3. I'm gonna be running to the restroom all day lol whereas he might be fine with a whole gallon.
i totally understand! i’m 5’1 so logistically speaking, 1 gal of water isn’t necessary for me. butttt for the sake of the challenge i drank 1 gal a day & def peed a lot 😭 you can also alter the water intake if it gets to the point where it’s not working for you
I tried to do it but I couldn’t fit the 2 workouts in my routine with my job and hobbies + daily life. So I try to do a somewhat 75 soft but just apply it week by week so it feels less stressful
@ tbh good, I haven’t changed my body or my physical appearance too much but it feels more peaceful inside, clearer goals, better sleep and relationships… I would rather feel great in my mind than overworking my body. Starting December I want to include a daily 30 mins walk outside. I started by adding little goals by little goals like, skin/hair care, doing my nails, cleaning my room… far from perfect but manageable to keep up
You inspire me to be consistent and disciplined a couple things that needs work in my life what you said about giving yourself room to grow and not just throw in the towel when things get uncomfortable is just what I go through the struggle is real. I am consistent I am disciplined in the name of Jesus Christ I am a new creation!
thank u sm 💞 it was definitely tough but i really just got through it by reminding myself of my goal, which was to keep up my habits even in the hard/difficult moments during this challenge!! i didn’t want to miss a day bc i wanted to complete the 75 hard, but like i said in the vlog, i didn’t put pressure on myself to hit the gym and do more then i needed. i let myself rest but still put aside time to get my habits done. remember doing light walking and stretching for 45 mins is still 45 mins of movement. i’ll definitely do a video on this bc i know it be TOUGH as a girly trying to stay locked in when our bodies aren’t 100% capable 🫶🏻
