We tend to think that we’re open-minded about these things, but in fact, a lot of us would have unconscious biases. So it’s great to say it in the open and admit these by talking about it. Once these biases are conquered, and diversity and inclusion is propagated in the workplace, it’ll do wonders for productivity and outcomes. Having a diverse workplace can contribute to better brainstorming and representation because we get to hear the perspective of a wide array of people. Great talk!
