You were right! I searched everywhere and there is was in the pocket!
I have a suit coat marked with tht label Burberrys and as it came from a very highend local meswear store I feel it is authentic; however I would like to be sure. I cannot find a tag for the size anywhere the outside pockets are still sewn shut, woulf the white label be in pocket as you stated for suits as well as trench coats?
I held off for the big fish to pay good money and it paid off, I sold it for 155.00, not bad for a quick grab:) Happy Hunting Folks, Episode 8 Should be up soon.

I have cleared out mum & dad's apartment and found a 14reg ladies Burberrys vintage coat and a Gents 50 reg Burberrys vintage coat. I cannot ever remember them wearing them but cannot have been worn for more than 30 years!
There are a few tiny marks on them and they will definitely need a freshen up but they look really good. Any advice on what to do with them please. Von 😊

I just found one at the thrift store and it has a detachable wool liner that zips onto the shell, I still have worries that it may be fake, it does however have the name, size and order in the right pocket though.. ?

Do the buttons on the vintage coats have markings?
I have the same trench coat and am wondering if there is supposed to be a HOOD with it? I see two buttons in the inside collar that don't seem to have purpose~ TIA Also, thank you so much for the heads up on sizing. I am going to list this coat on eBay as well. Have no idea how to price it. I suppose I will auction~ Happy Holidays~

I have one vintage Burberrys coat with absolutely no label in the pocket (that goes through from side to side)as shown in your video. The liner is not detachable. I believe it is a women size( found in my mum wardrobe). Any idea how to identify this model?

***** I sold mine for 155.00 on eBay, if it looks like the one I have on the video it's a great chance it will sell for just as much or more, the best way to compare yours with others is go on eBay and look at the completed Sold listings and see what folks have been selling theirs for:) Hope this helps.
TipsNNTricks Thanks! Mine is like yours but no shoulder buttons or flaps on the chest part. Very simple with the one line of covered buttons and simple collar. It came with the wool liner. The coat itself is 51% cotton 49% polyester. Hope it's real.
Just but from neiman Marcus Nordstrom Bloomingdales or Burberry store and you won't have to worry bout this problem
