4 Minutes One Bowl Chocolate Cake 😍❤️

- Ingredients :
🍫6 tbsp oil
🍫1/2 cup sugar
🍫1/2 cup curd
🍫2 tbsp milk
🍫3/4th cup all purpose flour
🍫6 tbsp cocoa powder
🍫1/2 tsp baking powder
🍫1/4th tsp baking soda
🍫Pinch of salt
🍫1/2 tsp coffee powder
🍫Melted chocolate, for garnish
Method
1. In a bowl, whisk together sugar and oil till nicely combined.
2. Add curd and milk to this mixture and whisk again until everything is properly combined.
3. Sift the dry ingredients, namely, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coffee powder over this mixture and mix well. Do no over mix.
4.Spread this batter neatly in the same bowl and microwave on regular heating mode for 3-4 mins.
5. Once the cake is cooked and out of the microwave, melt some chocolate and spread a generous layer of it on the cake
You don't need Oven, you'll need microwave 😂😂😂😂

Anyone who wants without oven or microvave: put the ingredients as said( but take a steel cake mold and don't put melted chocolate). Instead of the microvave, take a pan/ cooker( but don't put the whistle in the cooker)put some salt/water inside the pan or cooker,put a stand, but if you dont have it then put a steel katora in it( but make sure to keep the steel katora upside down), put the cake paste into a cake mold,keep the mold upon the stand or steel katora, bake it in medium flame for 30- 40 mins,( keep checking it after each 20 mins) (take a toothpick or knife to check wheather baked or not), after that take out the mold transfer it to a plate or glass bowl (as shown in the video) spread the melted chocolate on the cake, enjoy!.😊😊😊

Yes you can even make it in a pre heated kadai with salt in it but may took longer than 4 minutes..Coming from someone who actually tried it in kadai

Instead of microwave u can use gas also i tried and it it turned out so good...😊u can use toothpick to know wheter cake is baked hope it helps

@@akinoyan_ take a pan or a kadai put it in the gas for heating put a stand or bowl in the pan or kadai and put the bowl of the cake in the pan or kadai and cook it on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes after that put a tooth pick in the middle of the cake to see whether it is cooked or not

I would suggest 140°C for 15-20 min you can check in between around 15-20 min. You can cook for 5-10 min more if you think it's uncooked. So the simple thing is low temperature but more time will cook it nicely from inside and would not burn. But if you cook it on high temp in short time it will burn from outside and will be uncooked from inside.
