Kaseri or Bulgarian Kashkaval are delicious! I like to fry it to crispness and dip bread in the “butter” from the cheese and the crispy fried cheese is delicious. Nice recipe, looks great. I will go buy supplies over the weekend and have it for Labor Day. Thanks for another great recipe! I’m lucky, there are a couple euro import stores within a 20 minute drive of my home.
