I'm a taxidermist in Georgia and have been doing taxidermy for over 30 years . And I use to hate doing skull mounts until a couple of years ago when I ran across your channel. I'll continue to watch your videos as long as you put them up!

This looks so fun I wanna try out a deer as my first but this state says it's illegal unless we got a license so im gonna wait to get older, see if there's any local deer hunters and get one. Also don't worry I'll put the rest of the deer to use (I'll house the hide) and I'll eat the deer meat since it is pretty good and I'll save some bones to learn anatomy.
Your videos are very inspiring keep up the gr8 work 💜💜💜👍

Have 4 more a raccoon and a pig to do but it's gotten too cold to mess with water outside here on the east coast so I have them frozen for now. Will have to wait for a warm day or spring. I've been doing skulls for about 4 years now and I am still perplexed by your whitening method. I tried heating it up like that and it works create but it seems to absolutely kill the power of the whitener fairly fast. Maybe only get 4-5 before it stops working... I've resorted to just letting them soak 24 hrs at room temperature and it works but your method is much more efficient. Any thoughts at why my whitener gets weak after a few skulls with your method?
