  • With the budget being tight, I've been playing around with beef cuts under $20. This oyster blade has been really versatile with steaks from the tail and smoking the rest. For $16 a kilo you can't go wrong smoking it like a brisket.

    glad i found this video mate looks great, picked up an oyster blade from the butcher today for something different to throw on the pit

      Good question. All the videos I learnt from originally were in F so that's just what's in my head. Also 90% of my subs are American 🤷
