Email them 1 question they din answer. Need to follow up a few days later. Then asked another question and I am still waiting for answer. Does anyone know how The George compare to The Granite in terms of service?

I tend to receive impeccable service at every hotel where I stay, but my experience cannot be compared with a normal paying guest because the hotel know in advance that I am coming.
