I don't know if you are still looking to this chat or not, but I think once the email is sent for approval, it directly goes to next conditional step and is randomly approving or rejecting the request. May be there needs to be some triggers/action after email is sent. update: It works on live environment, but not during test.
Can you create a video using Microsoft forms with 2 questions and 2 image Upload Questions using Power Automate to show picture thumbnails in SharePoint Image Columns? There isn't a video by anyone focusing on this process.

Hello, nice Video👍🏼 Can you help me? I created a flow in power automate. Its called "create order". the flow looks like this: A user creates an order in my share point list "create order". He also states his information like company name, address, articles and so on. after that, my flow creates a word document, based on a template word doc. later on, that document is also converted into a PDF. now to the issue: all the information is placed into the doc via quick entry blocks BUT it doesnt do that with paragraphs separating the info, so it looks like (NAME,ADDRESS,ARTICLES) instead of COMPANY ADDRESS ARTICLES Is there a function to separate the info with paragraphs or any other solution?
This is the second video I’ve watched where the layout shown is not the same as I see on my screen. I see an examples option but there are no templates
You've only demonstrated one type of plugin, that is trigger an automated email flow, how is this suppose to be "Beginner to Pro" for Power Automate? I was expecting demos on different types and uses of plugins, more than just a typical email flow.
