Fantastic upbeat version of one of Bob's early masterpieces. Only 21 when Bob wrote this. Love Leon's version and this is so similar makes me SMILE.
You just can't mess up a Bob Dylan song. I love to hear the different interpretations of his songs.

I discovered Dylan when I was about 10 or 11 and I’ve never stopped listening. To hear Panic play a few of his tunes always make smile!
