She's exactly how my Nonna was. She passed away in 2018 at the age of 83. I think she would have been the same age as Nonna Gina if she was alive today. She was originally from Sicily and ultimately migrated to CT. Just hearing Nonna Gina talk while cooking brings me a great deal of therapy and joy.
